I recently moved from San Diego to AZ and we were looking for a sit down Mexican restaurant that was like our favorite in CA. This place absolutely exceeded our expectations and it’s right around the corner. We have been there 6 times and everything has been amazing. Excellent service, food, and ambiance. Love it! We absolutely love the Mexican shrimp cocktail…. Which I have found hard to beat from my San Diego place. This one actually beats it!

The place was nice and clean, and the staff was very attentive. The food came out hot and fresh, but unfortunately, it lacked flavor. The chips, salsa, rice, and sangria were all solid, but the enchiladas, shredded beef tacos, and enchilada sauce were disappointing. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return unless a few menu improvements are made.

Our goal is a great TT menu, excellent happy hour margarita and great food quality/value.
