Food wasn't that good, it was barely seasoned & over cooked. It has a cozy vibe but when I went it was very loud with people screaming for the game that was on. For looking fancy it was opposite of being classy. Waiters didn't know whose section was theirs, honestly won't be going here again.
The French toast was soggy. And the egg scramble was a bit chalky, went hrough four dirty mugs before I gave up and went to a to go cup. The food was good enough and the selection was decent. The highlight was the fresh fruit so take what you will from that.
Also they've started including a 20% gratuity on the buffet bills. It's wasn't much of an issue to have it removed but still adding a gratuity for service that isn't provided is a bit off putting
Our dinner was delicious. I had the blackened shrimp tacos and they were wonderful. The service was excellent. The staff was accommodating and moved us to the beautiful bar area so we could watch the Rate Bowl on TV. We had breakfast there the following morning. The best avocado toast I've ever had. Our server, Andrew, did a great job. We plannto return to Tapatio Cliffs primarily because of Pointe in Tyme.
Very nice atmosphere and decore. Food was tasty. Service was a bit slow but nothing crazy

A beautiful experience with excellent service and food. What a perfect choice to spend a Christmas evening with my family.
Very nice ambiance with an old rich country club feel, our waitress was very good, definitely will go back again.
Worst service I’ve ever had. Made me get my own menu and screamed at me for sitting at the wrong table by accident. Then the food… SO bad! No flavor, dry, just bad. This place needs a lot of help.

Exceptional Thanksgiving buffet - food was delicious and steaming hot. Server was extremely professional and attentive. Atmosphere was nice - families enjoying themselves. Will definitely go back!
We went for the Thanksgiving buffet. We had been there years before and it was fantastic with lots of variety on the buffet However we were a little disappointed this year. Although the staff was wonderful and the food was delicious the buffet wasn't nearly as big as years past. The billing was a little confusing the dinner and drinks were on two separate bills. The bartender was great and the French 75 was tasty! Overall it was a nice Thanksgiving with friends.
My wife ingested some unknown object in her sweet potatoes. Now she is sick. Very sick. Quality of dining experience below reasonable expectations. Complained to server and she did nothing. Won't be back and I will spread the word about our experience. $458.00 spent and no one in our party of six was pleased.

Fabulous Thanksgiving buffet for our family and friends ! Wonderful service and food , wow!!
Guest were arriving at 1pm ,but the staff was not set-up to serve yet. It was as if they had not set-up a buffet before. There were a few outstanding dishes, bot most were just average. There were some odd missteps like placing hot soup with the desert items, and not offering soup spoons. Over all they need to improve.
Burger was very good and hit the spot. Place was very quiet, peaceful, and nice. Hardwood everywhere; pleasant, upscale vibes. My husband thought it felt a bit 70's but I thought it was more timeless. Bartender who served us our burgers was nice. Sometimes I get a craving for a really good burger and will probably return next time I feel that way
Don't know why this restaurant doesn't have a better rating- it's excellent, especially at that price point. Very good food, excellent service (thank you Donovan), restaurant itself is beautiful inside, definitely will return.

We were guests at the Hilton from 11/19 - 11/23 and having a late dinner at Point In Tyme on our second night (11/20). We were all settled in for a nice dinner with our daughter when suddenly really bright lights turned on outside and it was like a raid on the restaurant and the lights were blinding. We moved to another table but it didn't eliminate the lights. I think the tennis and pickle ball courts did this. I looked outside and there wasn't even anyone playing. I don't know what to suggest but it turned a very relaxing dinner into a situation where we just wanted to eat and get out. We came back each morning for the breakfast buffet.
