Our server Sarah was very attentive, friendly and made our dining experience great! The ambiance is very cozy and I appreciated music was not blaring so that I could talk to my family. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Val, the manager on duty was also fantastic! I would highly recommend Point in Tyme for a wonderful dining experience!

This restaurant was terrible. It smells, the carpeting was full of stains and everything seemed dirty. Food was greasy, tasteless and not appealing. I would like to add that it's not affordable by any means given the quality of the restaurant and food.

It was my daughter's birthday so we can in as a party of 7. The waitress was very attentive to all of our needs. We will definitely dine there again soon.

This restaurant is lovely with a very laid-back atmosphere. We dine here when we stay at the Cliffs resort. On our last two visits we had the same server, Sarah. She was very friendly and helpful and exudes professionalism and hospitable charm. She made us feel welcome and comfortable and we look forward to dining here again soon.

Food was incredible! I had a Cubano and both the sandwich and fries were perfect. Large portions. This is next to the Pointe Tapatio golf club and the restaurant has a clubby feel to it. Charlotte, our server, was friendly and attentive. Being Phoenix in summer meant the golf course was not heavily in use and I would expect the restaurant to be more crowded when the temps are under 100. They were doing work on the roof but it was not annoying and in fact was quieter than so many restaurants are. We could hear each other talk!! The menu was very appealing and I look forward to going again to try out the other items since they sounded tasty.

This place is lovely, especially the bar area. There is a lot of dark wood and a fireplace. I image this place is gorgeous in the winter when it's dark out and the fireplace is lit. Our server was fine, helpful without being intrusive. The food was good. We got a lemon drop and an amaretto sour to drink and wings, which were big and delicious, for a starter. Hubby ordered blackened shrimp tacos and I ordered chicken breast with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. So yummy! There was one negative: they allowed a dog in. I know it is against health code. I understand service did and don't have a problem with them, but this dog was barking, and service dogs are well trained and DO NOT bark at random things.

I hope to go back in the winter months to sit near that fireplace and enjoy a cocktail.

An absolute joke. Waited over 2 hours for one round of drinks and the appetizer. The server and bus staff were perfect and the only people who seemed to care. When a manager finally came to our table she was quick to blame her staff instead of how she walked past multiple angry tables with zero care. She was rude when confronted and completely dropped the ball. My wife and I have been in the food industry for over 2 decades and that was the worst show of management. From the host to the server it was great and they were very apologetic for the issues. We watched six different tables leave because they went longer than 45 minutes before even being addressed. We watched the bus staff take more drink orders than anyone else. A complete lack of management and she completely left her team out to dry. If she can’t even handle a simple table touch for people who have been waiting over 2 hours to address their concern maybe she needs to find a new line of work. Then once she finally came to our table she was dismissive and rude when called out. Hands down the worst dining experience we have ever had.

We had large parties and they were really good about seating us close to one another, and reaching out prior to our reservation to confirm. Our server was really friendly, helpful, and quick to grab whatever we needed. We had truffle fries and wings as appetizers, then got a variety of entrees. I liked my salad, but the only complaint from the others was the bread on sandwiches and bun on the burgers were really greasy. We didn't send them back or anything because it wasn't bad enough to make a big deal, but if you're not used to that much additional butter/oil, it can be a lot. The restaurant wasn't too packed, and the noise level wasn't super high. Overall everything was good and we will go back.

Beautiful country club-feeling place with a cool, calm, and friendly bartender. Steak Frites felt like a kids meal, overcooked (ordered medium) and underseasoned steak with basic French fries served with a boat of ketchup. Martinis were $25. Not worth it.

The service is great and the atmosphere is really nice. I thought dinner was reasonably priced, but for non-included breakfast it came to over $25 per person for a buffet style breakfast. It was good, but I wasn't expecting it to be more than dinner. So just something to be aware of, but would still recommend.
