Only place in the North valley and they make a damn good poke bowl

I am so excited to finally have a boba place by my house!!! I got the taro milk tea and it did not disappoint, absolutely amazing! My mom just got a tai milk tea! Will have to try the food next!

The food tasted fresh and amazing. Small bowls were a great size and filling. I love the options they have, and the service was great!

Amazing place!! I’m new to the poke scene so being able to try a few samples was really helpful tbh - also the atmosphere is good and the workers are so nice. The milk tea was also especially good. I recommend!! :)

I’ve been a regular customer at Poke Paradise since they first opened, and I’ve always enjoyed coming here with my wife and family. The owners are truly great people, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of heart into this business — it’s why I’ve continued to support them all this time.

That said, I was really disappointed with the service I received today. There were two people working the front, and one of them — a young woman with multiple piercings and bracelets — gave the worst service I’ve ever experienced, even compared to fast food restaurants. Her attitude was unwelcoming and borderline rude. I’ve never considered walking out of a restaurant until today.

While I chose to stay, I couldn’t help but notice the family behind me actually walked out. When I stepped outside and asked them in the parking lot why they left without ordering, they told me they didn’t like how I was being treated. They said it triggered them and made them afraid they would be treated the same way, so they decided it was better to leave altogether.

I’m not giving this place a low rating because I genuinely care about the success of this business and the people who run it. But I do hope this message reaches the owners. It’s really important to pay attention to the kind of people representing your restaurant — one bad experience can drive loyal customers away, and in this case, possibly others too.

This is a very cute restaurant and they have great poke bowls! I ordered ahead on their website and it was ready once I got there. They have friendly staff. The food tasted great!

Enjoyed my poke bowl. Place was nice and clean, Boba was tasty.

We ordered for pick up. The food was ready in time. They called when they have only received the order and asked some details which was nice of them. It's manageable for a vegetarian to get full there, I just would be happier if there would be more choice of plant based protein than just regular, unfried and unmarinated tofu. But they have plenty of sides, and toppings, and sauces, so your bowl tastes rich and good. We also got taro milk. Oh dear, it was so good!

This place was great! The sushi was fresh, the woman who helped us was so friendly and knowledgeable about what was gluten free and what wasn’t. 10/10 all around and I will be coming back for more!

This was definitely the best poke we have ever had in Arizona! Food was super fresh and people were so kind and helpful! The place is quite and relax! My family and I loved it and will come back

Great service from 2 super sweet and polite young ladies. Salmon and Tuna were very fresh and lots of flavour. Great selection and cute spot - we will happily return!

Poki Paradise’s food was amazing. Walking in the people were very welcoming and although not many customers the ambiance is elegant. They allowed for sampling and made great suggestions. My personal favorite is the honey fresh lemonade.

We visited for the first time, and before placing our order, we were offered to try anything that interested us. The staff member, Tina, was very welcoming and patiently gave us as much time as we needed while we made our choices, explaining each food item in detail. Even when we made a mistake with our drink order, she happily replaced it without any questions!

The food itself was fresh and delicious; we felt a rush of dopamine from the delightful flavors and the care for our health.
