Just no. This can’t be real chicken.

This place used to be somewhere I enjoyed coming to. It has gone downhill!! Disgusting environment, no cleanliness at all. Young kids working, that don’t care about health or safety of others. Lacking MAJORLY. Hopefully this location can house some better management and staff to bring it back. Won’t be visiting this location again.

I would give this place 5 stars if they'd fix their damn soda machine...everytime literally everytime something is wrong with that fountain soda dispenser

Food was ok. I’ll probably go to a real sushi restaurant in the future if I’m craving this type of food.

I’ve been here before and wasn’t happy with the service and came again to give it another try. Store was dirty and looked like no one had cleaned in a while. If you look at the ground there are scoff marks all over the furniture and even though I was the only person in there the tables were mostly dirty. There where no drinks available and the food portions themselves where very small not worth the price! The bowl was okay, not the best poke I have had. A lot of the ingredients looked old. This place has really gotten stingy cutting corners and over charging. The employees also looked miserable. Made me feel bad for them. They looked like they didn’t want to be there. Will be going to Ahipoke next time :-/

I’ve stopped in for a poke bowl a couple times and was surprised with how gloomy and depressing the staff was. It’s like they’re beyond miserable to be there and totally lack any type of customer service. The food is ok but $15 for a small poke bowl seems expensive compared to other places I’ve been to.

The food is good quality, but the quantity and presentation varies a lot based on who makes it. The servers often forget major parts of the order like the sauces or toppings, and I have to ask for them. I’m a vegetarian, and they are out of tofu 75% of the time I go in. They never offer to get more out of the fridge or give me a discount to give me a bowl without protein. When I go in within an hour and a half of closing there are no chairs at the tables, so I have to take food to go.

Vegetarian options: Tofu is on the menu, but often out of stock

I keep specifying no cilantro on my order but when I get my food, it has cilantro in, pretty frustrating ? this has happened like 2 or 3 times now

I’ve been a fan of this place for 4 plus years. With inflation, prices have skyrocketed. A small bowl with 2 scoops of protein used to cost $10.50 and is now $14.60. However, they did get a better quality bowl which is good. The old bowls used to get soggy and flimsy. The new bowls have a better lid as well so if the bowl tips, it actually stays on. The dining area could use a little upgrade but most customers get their food to go. All things considered, I give this place 4 stars for serving good food at a reasonable price.

I went there about 1.5 hours after opening, yet the salmon was discolored and smelled like old dirty laundry. The store just opened so I don't know how they store their food..

Make sure you check the proteins for spoil before you get them

Pretty tasty. They have good cold teas. One of my favorite poke places in Phoenix.

Used to love this place but recently they are always out of something and their employees will be stingy in making up for it. Can’t wait for Phx To get more serviceable POKE locations.
