I had the cowboy fries and a shrimp taco. Just delicious comfort food, hit the spot so well. Also, the cowboys fries were such a huge portion, easily a two day meal.

Adios, Polibertos. I used to eat here every Wednesday for the chicken chimichanga special with rice and beans. Today I got my usual order and they raised the prices AGAIN. Unfortunately, I can no longer give you my business as the prices are not worth it any longer. I just got finished eating my final meal from here. Sadly, the cost for a simple plate of Mexican food now rivals a steak dinner at a sit down restaurant. I wish you the best but I will never come here again.
Perfect place to get some street tacos in the area. My husband and I were in town from Albuquerque to attend the Supercross event over the weekend, and we were hungry after the races. We were happy this place was open late... Near our hotel made it convenient. The staff was friendly, the food was yummy! And decently priced.

Good customer service but the chicken in the cowboy fries taste weird, and the texture is spongey. Just get the cowboy fries from Filibertos. Much better
