Pomeroy’s is one of our favorite neighborhood bars. Friendliest bartenders and staff. Food is excellent and at a good price point. If you need a windowless dining experience with a stiff drink and yummy bar food, this is the place.

If only we could do half stars, because I'd say this place gets 2.5 - 3 stars. Docking points mainly for the service which was just not great here, the employees were a little rude and the bartender straight up told us she didn't want to make the drinks we requested. There were 4 of us, and we requested 4 different shots, and she said it would be about 20 minutes to make all of those since it was complicated (it was not even that busy there) and that we should all just do the same shot... So we ended up getting the same thing, but was a weird interaction. Then when they were dropping off food, we were trying to figure out who got what and the server was like "I dont know I'm just here to deliver food" and was very sassy and making it obvious that she was stressed out and could care less about our orders. On the other hand we tried the patty melt which was pretty good, and they have good fries and tater tots, and the Buffalo wings were also good too. So mainly giving stars for the food, decent pricing, and the ambiance having games there. They have pool, darts, and a few arcade games. They also have a happy hour from 4-7pm I believe, which is later than most, but we arrived right after 7 and missed it unfortunately. I would likely return to this place as it is like a local neighborhood dive bar, but the service there is not great.
This place doesn't exactly have the best looking tables and bathrooms but don't let that deter you! The food is really good! Can't say much about their drinks though since all I've had is water and soda. The workers here are so funny and kind! I definitely recommend this place!

Love this place! If you see a bartender with a ginger beard that looks slightly angry, GO TO HIM FOR A DRINK! I cant emphasize enough, this guy gives the best service!!! 5/5 stars! Can't wait to go back!

Worst experience ever! The bartender was such a bitch to us for no reason! It was unbelievable. We had a group of about 10 people on a week day and we were the only people there. She had an attitude and rolled her eyes anytime we spoke to her. I ordered ONE DRINK and left a $0 tip. When I went to check my bank account the next day I saw that SHE TIPPED HERSELF $8. The audacity!!! Obviously, she needed it more than I did!!! My friends and I will never be back here again.
