They had Roaches crawling around by the cash register
I just wanted to thank the cook because I have always had the same thing and it's so good every single time. I really appreciate the consistency over the many years I have been going here it's been around 30 years now. It's what I want when I don't feel good and also what I want when I celebrate too. I love the chicken egg foo young and house chicken and white rice my go to it never disappoints always good.

I called the chef personally and asked him if he can make me old fashioned egg foo young with the ingredients in the Patty and he obliged me and I am so thankful this was one of the greatest meals I've had in a long time come check this place out

We ordered from this place and spent over 57 dollars. The delivery was late and I don’t know how long it’s been in the car in this heat. We have been sick since we ate yesterday. When I called back was only offered 15% off my next meal. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Food poisoning is not a joke please be safe where you order from.
Ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken combo with crab ragoon(?), fried rice, and a roll. 4pm all old and soggy. I should have expected when they told me 10 minutes and had it out in 5. Already cooked is not a problem when it's recent but ALL of it was old. Sweet and Sour chicken was packaged like orange chicken with sauce already on it and th texture in dry spots showed old, but the wet spots were Soggy.
I just moved here it's the first one I tried. I'm a foodie. I will not be back for any reason. Even the rice was old dry and bland, so $16 wasted. But lesson learned.

This place was my gem.....30 years ago. I just ordered this after that many years while visiting and they were amazing. The food? Not so much. Go to China Chef Bistro on Cactus. Their hot and sour soup is above the rest. Yaaaaa my lunch was terrible but the service and people were amazing, There must be a reason they're still in business.

Ordered take out and should have checked the bag. Was not what I ordered. I was already home, 20 minutes away, before we noticed. The food that we did receive was rather bland and tasteless. And it wasn't busy, so they can't use the 'we were busy' line. Oh well, lesson learned. Won't be back

This is the best Chinese cuisine I have ever had in my life , and I've tried quite a few....the driver arrived early to deliver, and was very friendly. Unlike panda express , their orange chicken has a nice smooth crisp taste that was not too tangy for me, it was perfect. The Mongolian beef was exceptional, and the perfect blend of spices melted in my mouth as I enjoyed every bite. The price was very affordable as well, and for the price you get way more food when compared to other Chinese restaurants. I would highly recommend this for any Chinese cuisine lover. Give pongpong a try, and you will not be disappointed. Amazing!

Rude customer service on the phone, the lady that answers and takes orders is very unprofessional and rude. Have spent $100's at this place to be treated so rudely on the telephone. Food is the best I've had since childhood with excellent portions, they just need someone else running their phones
Parking: It's a cluster, but we'll worth it

it's a uthentic family business carried on from generation to generation food is prepared to any style you want if you ask a special request they are more likely to accommodate love supporting local businesses come and give it a try and pick up delivery available also
The delivery was quick and my order was accurate. I ordered the spicy shrimp with extra shrimp, and there was plenty and it seemed fresh, worth the extra $3 for sure. However, I'm very picky about my vegetables. Produce, compared to protein, is very inexpensive so it shouldn't be a lot to ask that it be fresh. The mushrooms were really old with brown spots visible through the brown sauce and had no flavor, the snow peas were very limited, there was two pieces of bock choy, and the sauce had little flavor. For that reason, I'm giving Pong Pong three out of five stars.

It's my everyday American style Chinese food
Whoever takes orders is rude and needs to learn customer service. I understand that you guys are busy but there is no reason to be rude. I won't be back again. I didn't even order. Last time I came here they were nice. But its a hit or miss with this lady and I'm good.

Reported to food and health dept. Worst place to get takeout? I ordered pork fried rice and I got all grizzle and fat.plus the rice tasted old and the chicken look like it had been reheated.Report this establishment to health and food department after husband confirmed chicken cautionary.
