With few left in the area, I tried this out. No indoor seating available only take out. With an impressive menu and seemingly fair prices, portion size was discouraging as was the taste. My entree at dinner price was floating in fluid which filled half of what I expected to pay for . The fried rice was good offering some peas and carrots not found in other places. The cheese ragoons were way over fried and hardly filled. The grease they were fried in was far from fresh. Tho the service and complete essentials were there, the food is the let down. Especially the value.

Pong Pong is one of our favorite places to order food from. We used to eat inside before Covid, and they don't offer that anymore, so I miss that. We have also had their food delivered and always great service! We often get the Crystal Shrimp, General Tso's and Sweet and Sour Chicken.

Went to pick order as told by door dash it eould be ready. Got there and was told not done and to come back in 10 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later and told not ready. The cook got mad when i asked how much longer. Waited another 10 minutes for the food. Sad things is over 50 minutes on a Thursday to get soup and potstickers for 1 person.

This place always smacks.
I got the plate of teriyaki chicken and it was NOT it. I’m not really picky about my food especially teriyaki cause I love it so much. But this chicken tasted like deli meat sandwich white ahh chicken with sauce on top not even covering all the chicken. The smell even smelt like deli meat and the rice tasted like plastic. Lady was very nice but I was really really disappointed in the food. Only took one bite and said nope after that.
No Dine in which is okay, but the food was not good. I got an egg drop soup and it was pudding thick with barely any flavor, it tastes like brussel sprouts and not in the good way. It tasted like it had reheated old soup. The chips they provided were really good and the front desk lady was sweet.
My order was horrible. We'll never order again
Awesome place to order in from! Softest Mongolian beef I’ve ever eaten. The fried rice was delicious and the crab puffs were perfectly crispy! Definitely give this place a try!
I'm not sure if everyone is lying or just doesn't know what real Chinese food is, I'm actually shocked I ate this. I didn't eat all of it, the lack of taste was overpowering. No seasoning. I got fried rice and sweet/sour chicken, literally all I tasted was the bleach from rice that they didn't wash properly. Before you begin to ask how do I know chinese food? My partner is fully chinese, we have tasted chinese food from many restaurants to find what is authentic. This is downright ugly for a place to even call themselves chinese food honestly. The rice was a disgrace. How do you mess up rice? I have never tasted such bland chinese food ever. I think the people in this area were tricked into thinking what chinese food is, this isn't it. Unless you prefer no seasoning and less spice in chinese food and bland then here is your spot.

Delivery was timely and the food was still hot upon arrival! Wonton soup was delicious and so was the sesame beef. The sweet and sour chicken was a little doughy and the pieces were gigantic but still pretty tasty.
Pong Pong's has been my go-to Chinese restaurant for over a decade now. They are the gold standard of variety, taste, value, and service. So many delicious options with generous portion sizes at unbeatable prices! You will not be disappointed.
Still doing the covid scam bs and only taking take out orders!
Is that boy in the front high!? I asked him what type of lo mein they had and he started talking about chicken?? And I ordered orange chicken but didn’t get it and when I asked a lady from the back said no orange chicken
They had Roaches crawling around by the cash register
