I went to get food before work, and there was hair in my food. When I called them 5 times they wouldn’t answer the phn. I definitely won’t eat at that location.

Went in tonight 3-2-2025.we'll let's just say you have an unprofessional worker there she came to the register and said WHAT'S UP? With a attitude like that's not the way you greet customer she looked pregnant with an side way wig on so rude. then to put icing on the cake she stuck her fingers in her mouth to open the bags omg are you serious right now good bye.

This is the worst service I’ve ever had the workers are all so bothered to be at work they make them hating their job your problem.

02/28/25 I was doing deliveries for Uber Eats. Arrived at the business a half hour before closing time. Staff told me the order was picked up by someone else an hour prior. Contacted Uber support and the customer to confirm that the order was never picked up. I asked the business if they could recreate the order. The staff member at the window looked at his watch and said "oooo sorry were closed." Thanks man, I appreciate losing a $30 order because you decided to close up early.

The kids that work here really don't give a shit, I ordered a 5 piece spicy tender combo and the tenders seemed super old. Very hard to chew and not easy to pull apart. If they wouldn't eat it idk why they would give it to me.

Was surprised to see how bad the ratings were but figured I'd try it anyways . The food was perfectly fine, the wait for the drive thru was short, and I had the nicest guy ever take my order . He even informed me of the upcoming specials. They didn't sound very appealing (why would I want tacos from Popeyes lol) but he was clearly excited to tell me about them . Maybe it's under new management ? I had a 5 star experience here though.

This place needs new staff desperately , the rudest customer service I've ever had. Dude at the drive thru doesn't let you finish talking and YELLS at you . Other people are complaining too, why is nothing being done?? I used to buy from here all the time but will be going to KFC instead.

Some food was missing and service was terrible, the kind that leaves you wondering how we have gotten to the point where we can no longer treat each other as human beings. The young boy at night with the plucked eyebrows and tattoo behind the ear treats customers this way, i don't wether it was just a bad day or he hates having a job or hates people in general or hated me for some reason but the lack of courtesy for another human being was something that was as clear as day. I'd avoid this place at night for sure, this was my first time here and food for the family was not worth that treatment.
