I don't know about the other shifts but the shift at 8:39 pm on the 15th of Feb 2025 was some cool dudes.. Atmosphere was chill.. The food was fresh and good!! Thanks fellas!!

I placed an order through doordash for a combo with a large Dr Pepper. The chicken was okay, thin and a little dry. The mashed potatoes were delicious as usual, and the mac and cheese was just okay.
My main purpose for writing this review is that my Dr Pepper was actually a sweet tea. When I called to inform them of the mix-up, the manager told me that the soda machine was broken so that's why they gave me the sweet tea. First of all, why assume that people like sweet tea? I despise sweet tea, the syrup is disgusting. I would have preferred them to have my Dasher call me to ask me what I would prefer instead. What if I had ordered say a Diet Pepsi and got sweet tea instead but I was a diabetic? There are potential health issues here and the manager did not seem to care or understand what their actions could have caused. When I had gestational diabetes I could not have sugar at all.

Just left this location maybe 10-15 minutes ago…. Waited patiently for almost 10 minutes just to place a order through the drive thru when there was no cars in front of me. I place my order for 2 different combos wait another 10 minutes for the food just to get home to old fries that were reheated in grease. They are hard and crunchy and you can tell by the color they were recooked. The young lady at the drive thru didn’t even give me my condiments i asked for. Its too early in the day to be that slow then on top of that serve a customer bad quality food. Whoever put old fries in my bag should reevaluate why they work in customer service better yet a restaurant at that. Complete waste of money and time and didn’t even eat the food. Wouldn’t feed it to my dog

I love popeyes food but all Popeyes have given the lowest customer service at least in Phoenix. Not because of rudeness or disrespect but the lack of communication worker to customer. Online ordering makes it more difficult because it cuts out the communication when the customer gets to the store. Any offers online, the restaurant has 0 control, especially when offers/promos don’t work. My food is just low quality here, the most coldest & hardest chicken tenders (just look at the chicken ITS OLD!) my gums bleed trying to eat this chicken and 1 scoop of dry mac and cheese.
