Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I have been here a few times mostly its good but today my sandwiches were smashed flat like smash burger and tasted terrible. Would not recommend.

The chicken was an absolute disaster raw, slimy, and completely inedible, like they didn’t even try to cook it! And the fries? Stale, overcooked to a crisp, and tasting like they’d been sitting out for days. This wasn’t just bad food it was a culinary nightmare. I’m still reeling from how utterly revolting it all was.

Worst management ever! Literally called to explain that I was just missing a side and that my drink was wrong and the manager was giving me an excuse on why she couldn't handle it. So when tried explaining she didn't like it and hung up! Tried calling back a couple of time and now won't answer! Do better!!!

Ordered online for delivery ordered a 3 piece combo meal and 2 pieces of pie order was delivered all i got was a box of French fries nothing else. Ended up driving to popeyes they said they would make the order right got back to the hotel and they got the order wrong again only got 2 pieces of chicken instead of 3. HORRIBLE.

Just a regular good Popeyes.

They keep you waiting at drive thru and won't take order. So you need to get off to order good. Employees are never happy.

Please please do not come to this Popeyes. Shame on the management and owner for not having better service and employees, especially management. First off every time I go here the order is ALWAYS wrong. They never give you your correct food and when you inquire about it, it's a problem. The management is rude and unprofessional. I have never in my life encountered such bad management at any restaurant, fast food establishment etc. and I have traveled around the world! I went through the drive through today with my children. Orderd our food. Checked it and as always was missing food. When I brought it to the managers attention she told me I was wrong and she knows what I ordered because she took the order. I said no I was very clear when I ordered chicken tenders. She then told me if I wanted my chicken or a refund I had to park my car and come inside and closed the window on me. I have an infant in the car and did not want to bring her inside so I honked hoping she'd come back to the window. She looked at me and walked off. I honked again. She ignored. So I had my other daughter go inside (I did not want a refund, just my chicken). She refused to help my daughter once inside because she said I needed to come inside and nobody else. My daughter came out and told me this. So I had to park my car and now go inside. Once inside I asked for her name so I could report her to corporate. She refused. I asked again. She told me she didn't need to give me shit. So I informed her I would take a picture so I would know what the store location is and who the manager is (by the way she also refused to give me my receipt which has the store location number) when I took my phone out she decided to throw cups at me. I will post the picture of her throwing items at me. I will be honest, I was cordial and polite until this point when I now gave her a piece of my mind as well. Where on earth do manager's behave like this? Make you get out of your car for food you paid for already and purposely went through a drive through for a reason, refuse your food, refuse your money back (at this point I wanted my money back since I wasn't getting my food and she refused $50 is bot cheap to be wasted!), refuse to give you your receipt, refuse to give their name even as a manager, throw merchandise at you, and then yell at your kids too!? Where is this acceptable!? Please stay away from this location. It does not care about their customers. They will take your money. And are willing to abuse their customers. Shame on you!

The woman who works in the drive thru has given me the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Everytime I go to the drive thru she tells me the machine is broken and to go inside. Whenever I ask for condiments, she never has any she's always out especially in the morning. But the staff that works in the evening are always polite and they are always stocked!!! The drive thru works and they're usually not sold out!!!

If you looking for a place to go skip this one, they never answer there drive through and every time you come in you can obviously tell their annoyed. I understand being understaff but still at least act like you want to be here or close if it really is too much.

The lady who works there in the morning is very rude and has a hard time understanding english. I asked to clarify what was on my order as she was malik all my sides large when i wanted regular and when i asked what was in the order she then yelled and at me and started speaking in a condescending tone. not my fault you can’t speak english
