Staff and management are extremely rude. They walk around like they're too cool to be working at Popeyes.
The orders will be guaranteed messed up. Three times going there and three times having a problem.
Avoid this location at all costs!!!

THIS PLACE IS NASTY , THEY GAVE ME ONE OF THEIR WORKERS LARGE DRINKS , GOT HOME AND THERE WAS LIPSTICK ON ONE OF DRINKS AN 3/4 OF THE DRINK LARGE DRINK WAS LEFT.YUCK WHO DOES THAT .AND IF YOU WANT WHATS IN THE MENU THEN GET THEIR EARLEY CAUSE THEY ALWAYS RUN OUT OF FOOD.

We've been waiting for our food for more then 30 min. This one guy was just standing there with his back turned towards everyone in the lobby instead of helping. The girl is doing it herself which took longer.
They need a good manager to get them to hassle and move then making everyone wait like this. I hope the owner and GM look at the cameras for this.

Bad service at this location.. The chicken is not fresh and even if you ask them they say yes but it is not fresh either, always check your food before leaving, there is always a missing ingredient or sides, however I decided that will never go back.

First time going to this location and what a big disappointment! the staff sitting around and not providing good customer service.
The food was not what I expected and didn't do our order right, never going to this location again.

There were two other customers there that already placed their orders and six maybe seven employees but I waited up to fifteen minutes and still wasn't asked what I would like or even acknowledge, And finally left and went to Church's Chicken.

You have to be extremely lazy with absolutely no integrity to give this to a paying customer. The Mac and cheese is not even halfway full, the 3 piece is burnt/overcooked and the wings are ghost pepper with a bit of original sauce on it. I ordered original hot for clarity. They didn’t want to make them so they used old wings and put a touch of hot sauce on them.

Is there a manager on duty? Is the manager/owner okaying stuff like this? I think so because the few times I have ordered from this place I am given whatever’s sitting around. The manager on duty should be fired! These patterns happen under a particular watch.

The Popeyes on Bell would never.

I ordered from Uber eats and honestly I was disappointed… it’s a good sandwich but the restaurant dropped the ball. I asked for no pickles on the spicy one and pickles on the classic. I got all pickles…. I order a grip of sauces… got none of them. They gave me the receipt so I know they saw it.

First world problems for sure…. Most people expect to get what they paid for, no matter how small the detail. 4 stars on the sandwich 1 star for not understanding the assignment

Dining room is dirty, inattentive staff that doesn’t care about anything. Placed online order, sat In drive through for 8 minutes at the window without being acknowledged. Finally someone comes over , asks the name of the order and tells me to go inside because they are backed up on online orders. Said he didn’t know how long it would be. Go inside, wait for another 5 mins before anyone says anything. He then started to fill the order but let me know they are out of potatoes and biscuits. I asked for a refund and was lead to the app to take care of it without an apology. Poor service overall. Won’t go back. Save your money
