If I could give them a 0 I would I asked for the boneless wings and he said that is not on special I told him that it was fine that I wanted what they use to call nuggets but now bonelsss wings he said okay. I get to work and they were bone in, cold and so I tried to call them to let them know and I have b en on the phone for 15 min calling but they do not answer the phone this is BS AND I COULD NOT EVEN EAT THEM
They keep lying about that the sweet heat and the sweet and spicy sauce is the same sauce. I won’t be back. They also lied and said they no longer have the sweet and spicy sauce because they are changing flavors. Do not go here!! Food is terrible and they are liars
I love this pipeyes ... always hot fresh and juicy .. nothing but good food and service .. I eat there about 3 times a week on my lunch break .. no complaints

I went online to place an order for pickup. I was charged $55.00. When I got to the store to pick it up they had no record of my order. I showed them proof that I was charged and they told me that there was nothing that they can do about it and I would have to take it out with customer service. I explained to them that I tried to contact customer service which was useless. Their customer service is pretty much non-existent. So in order to get any food at all I had to spend another $55 in the store. I spoke to the manager, Josh, and he told me they are not responsible for anything online and that the app and website are run by third party. He said he spoke to his boss about it and was told that I need to contact customer service. I explained to him that I tried multiple times contact customer service with no luck. The worst customer service experience I have ever had! The manager of the store would not help me resolve this situation at all! And when I finally got my food and got home it was cold and very poor quality. I will never be going to Popeye's again!

Tried to order online for pickup and was charged but this store scammed me saying they dont have the order. I showed proof of the charges and they did not care what so ever and charged me again in store. Josh the manager said there was nothing they would do and to take it up with customer service. Called but customer services but it doesn't exist. He refused to give his bosses name or my money back. I know they could have refunded me for the dbl charges but they dont care if they take over $50 from you. This store and staff are the worst! Do your self a favor dont go here and DEFINITELY DON'T USE THE ONLINE. If I could I would get 0 stars. Food was cold and terrible made my son sick.

Worst trip to Popeyes ever!!! First I waited at the counter for over 4 minutes before anyone would take my order. I get it if it's slow sometimes we are cleaning or messing around to pass the time I get it!! But when the manager comes out from the back gives me a dirty look.. also sees her employees all 3 of them hiding behind the counter on their phones. That's not a good look. One of the girls saw me but 'ould pass it off as she wasn't paying attention and didn't see me but the manager definitely did and walked back into the office.
Second my food was room temperature at best almost cold if not for the warmer it had been sitting in for probably the last 30 minutes.
Did I mention there was a kid behind me waiting to order as well ..
This is the last time I go to this location and that's unfortunate because it's close to my house. There are so many other places to spend $10 where at least they will take my order and it not feel like I'm inconveniencing anybody. I would have waited and not made a bad review if the manager would have just told her employee to get the counter. Even though the food was cold even though I couldn't eat it except for the red beans and rice they were warm they stay warm and they were good. But literally all the chicken I got was unedible. Please do better. Last I save my receipt so you can check and verify on the cameras order number 25 receipt says 825pm on the receipt.

Ordered 2 chicken tender meals for my mom & I.
Chicken tenders were cold, old and tasteless. They looked they have been in the freezer and just sitting there for weeks. The tenders did not have meat mostly just the outer over cooked dry breading. Looked like shaved fillets, not tenders thickness of cardboard and like drywall texture. Yuck!!
Not worth the $9.99 meal each. I spent $25. Go somewhere else.
Wish I could get a refund.

Store open in the middle of the day today with the drive-thru menu active, but no one inside the building and doors locked. I was one of 5 cars lined up to order, until I finalled pulled around and checked the doors and windows to discover it was closed.

2nd time I had an incorrect order from this location. First time I let it go, but the second time I wanted the order fixed so I called their location. Despite it being a mobile order through their website AND having a paper receipt, the person on the other end refused to help me. I called the next day regarding my order, since I did not want to drive back to their location the same day. The manager or employee there told me they typically handle mobile order complaints the same day. Despite telling him again that I had a paper receipt and the fact they should have the mobile order in their system, he refused to help me.
Poor customer service! How do you still get orders wrong when its right there on their screen? To add insult to injury, the chicken was also dry. It sucks because this location is right near my work, but I'm definitely never coming back again.
