I went through drive thru and was told I need to wait 15 minutes for chicken. After waiting 40 minutes along with 4 or 5 other drive thru customer cars, I went inside to get my money back. They were filing walk-in customers orders right away. After waiting 10 more minutes in line my order was ready. I spoke to management about the issue. Person said they were sorry
When I got home I saw My Order was missing items, wrong pieces of chicken and chicken was over cooked.
