Ordered for delivery and food was delicious but showed up a hot mess. I also paid nearly 4 bucks for a drink and instead of Diet Coke got a Dr Pepper. Not a big deal to some but as a diabetic I had to throw it out. The blackened chicken tenders were great but 1 of the 2 sauces included was open and all over everything. Attention to details makes all the difference especially when doing delivery orders.

EVERYTIME I order online for drive thru pickup they always tell me to go inside the store. This shouldn't happen on every visit. If I wanted to pickup inside I would have selected inside pickup!! On top of that I always have an item missing.

04/07/2024- went through the drive through, took 20 minutes. Prices were horribly high for the portion sizes and quality of the food I received. The flavor was off, they got the order wrong...not a great experience.
Upsetting that this is the closest location to me, but I’ll happily make the trip else where. 3 times and every time I’ve had horrible customer service. The food was obviously sitting out for sometime and They seemed to get upset when you ask it to be made fresh. This time in particular while I was waiting for my food (30 min cuz I wanted fresh wings) this young woman walked up with her chicken showing them that it’s raw, there’s 5 guys up there and they all look at each other look at one guy and laughed and they walk away but 1 who is getting her a different piece of chicken. I was done at that point, the customer service was just so unprofessional.
