I'm really not sure what's going on here!!! Not a signal person had a smile on their face. We placed an order and were told 15 minutes. We went to pick it up and had a 25 minute wait. I wanted to see what they were doing food wise.. So I got ribs, chicken, and pulled pork. The sides were mac and cheese and some type of fry. First of all the smallest so called ribs I'd ever seen, chicken and pulled pork were dry as hell! mac n cheese not even warm, and clumpy!!!! The best thing going there was me leaving!!! This is not the BBQ spot!!!!!! I will not be back!!!!

Poor customer service. The old lady that was at the counter ignored me for the first 3 mins while staring into space. She finally asked me if she could help, I said I had an order to pick up. She just pointed to where the food was without saying anything.
