I had good expectations for Pork on a Fork as i have heard good things. I ordered the 1/2 pound brisket plate with coleslaw slaw and beans. The coleslaw was dry and had no wetness to it at all, crunchy, dry, and sweet. The Brisket had clearly been sitting out as it was extremely dry and hard to cut. Flavor was good and could have been better with some juicy tenderness to it. The baked beans were the best part, flavorful, chunks of meat, and lots of them. Just like grandma used to make. This was my first time there and maybe it was just bad timing as the person behind me got a fresh brisket. I will return for one more try.

Also Liz who works there is amazing also updating my review please make Dylan who works there as manager he has the best customer service and is hungry for it . Out of everyone there Dylan’s customer service is needed in the front not in the back making food is my conclusion

Came into here today around 5:45or so got a couple of things everyone is nice food is fantastic. But the reason for the low review we left to eat our food not too long after my son convinced me to go get. More we walked over he went to open the door but before he did he was looking at the hours to see when they closed and before he could read the sign the employees in side started yelling were closed over and over again. You think a locked door would get the message crossed. We didn’t even try to open the door yet before they yelled. We had just walked up why the heck yell at customers that was rude and my son was upset for being yelled at for no good reason. Imagine you’re excited to go get some more of the fantastic food only to be yelled at ruining your mood over employees not being professional.

The food was delicious! We ordered online and picked it up for a party of 6. Being that it's Father's Day weekend, we were worried that they might be out of things by 6 pm (they weren't!). We tried chicken, pork, brisket, ribs, BBQ beans, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, cornbread, and macaroni salad. Everything was tasty. I really enjoyed the sweet and mild BBQ sauce, mustard, and golden BBQ. Yum!
