I arrived around 12pm and had to wait 10 mins just to place my order as the three employees were only focused on the Online Orders. Usually no matter what other restaurants I visit they still are able to complete in person order in between the online orders, especially since they had 3 people staffed. Worst experience to place an order. Jerseys Mikes, Firehouse Subs, Cheba Hut and other places have never made in person wait to place an order even with larger orders. Overall the staff was friendly, but could use some training on how to handle customers in line. Sadly this experience has ended my future visits to this location or any port of subs.

Taste great and they’re patient while you pick the items you want on your sub and they give you as much as you want. I DONT like my bread placed on the counter while preparing - would prefer to have my paper placed on the counter first, and then my bread placed on my paper.

The food was good. The sandwich meat was good, however the veggies weren't very fresh the lettuce was almost brown it looked old and same with most of the other vegetables they have to offer to put on your sandwich but over all it was a good
