Josh was extra nice and courteous
I ordered ahead. I came 10 min after order was supposed to be ready and although the restaurant was empty, my sandwich wasn't ready. The girl told my son she was waiting on pickles. After seeing her handle a big slab of ham, my son asked her to change gloves before handling my food. She replied "I'm just touching the pickles". He explained that I don't eat pork and don't want it to touch my food. She got upset about the inconvenience of the request. The sandwich I received was the sloppiest sandwich ever... 30 minutes later. I usually brag about port of subs, but this location truly sucks!
Edit: I called the owner and explained that my bread was so old it crumbled when I picked up the sandwich. He said the ONLY thing he can do is have me come back so he can make fresh bread because he does not want his customers to think that they will be compensated for messed up orders.

COCKROACHES.
I went in to feed the family, thank God I didn't order the food before seeing the German COCKROACH walking on the counter where the sandwichs are made. I will not be returning... Ever.

This has to be the most nauseous I have ever been. I had a cockroach fall out of my pilgrim sandwich as soon as I got home. Immediately went back for a refund and the managers number, who I will be contacting tomorrow as well as the health department.

Toppings were old , lettuce was brown and the tomatoes soggy, the smallest amount of meat and chz ever on a $10.00 sandwich. Oh yeah and the bread was old. You can see how the franchises are saving money by not putting a decent amount of meat and chz on the sandwiches.
No teas prepared by 11:00, nearly empty soda fridge
it is no wonder the place was empty.
