If you want to get ripped off this will be the best spot. 1 slice of the thinnest meat skimpy sandwich you'll ever get.

I was a big fan of another Port of Subs location many years ago but the location in Desert Ridge has always been disappointing. The food is ok and the bare, dingy atmosphere is ok, but the staff seems to be about 50% friendly vs 50% rude. Unfortunately, the rude ones are usually the ones that end up making your sandwich for you. They do not want to be there and they don't care who knows it. If my son didn't occasionally beg me to go in here I would never return.

We just left but we had an issue with our mobile order and the staff were so kind and offered to fix it for us. I got the pilgrim sandwich and it was like taking a bite of heaven. My boyfriend got the #1 (I think I wasn’t paying attention) and his was good as well. Thank you guys for being so kind

The food here is fantastic as always. The only issue I've had is that it also makes smoothies and the blender is really loud. Definitely not the employees fault, they do their best, but it can make ordering difficult at times.

First time coming to Port of Subs & will definitely be my last.. I was trying to read the menu to see what was included on each sandwiches & couldn’t really see it (my vision is fine btw it’s just in fine print), when I asked the employee they were kind of rude like I should’ve known or something! I didn’t know if it was Subway style where you pick toppings yourself or if it just comes as is, again it was my first time & the gal wasn’t having it.

The sandwiches were also thin, compared to other sandwich shops.. I feel like I should’ve spent my money elsewhere for a better sandwich to be honest! I’ll say the other older gal that was working gave a friendly goodbye, but as for the younger employee she probably shouldn’t have a job in customer service is all I’m saying!

Way too much bread and not enough meat. I wish the owner would care more about making good food and having satisfied customers rather than being cheap and not putting enough meat on the sandwiches.

I didn't notice this until I was too far away to return it.. is this what we've come to expect now for a $9.00 sandwich? I'm sorry but this is pathetic. I avoided Subway and went here and I don't think I'll be returning

I agree with other reviews....a lot of bread. Nothing particularly great, but okay.
My biggest issue is they are also running a smoothie business in the same location. When I went in to get a smoothie there was only one person working (making sandwiches and smoothies). It would have probably taken 15 or 20 minutes to get a smoothie because others were ahead of me, so I left. If would be nice if they had more employees to help expedite orders.

Don’t waste you hard earned money here! Purchased 2 sandwiches.#8 Turkey and Provolone. Turkey slices are MICRONS thin and charge extra for additional slices. #17 Tuna salad was downright NASTY! Must not use good white albacore tuna. Certainly tastes like cheap low end tuna. Nice people, but the food is substandard!

Do not order delivery from this store. They will put you at the bottom of their priorities regardless of the fact that they already took your money. They'll make the delivery driver wait until absolutely no other customers need help fist. Very very unprofessional.

I love Port of Subs but this location shaves the meat so thin that it's not worth the money.
