We had a fantastic experience with Postino Central in Phoenix! Special thanks to Peter for taking our order with patience and delivering true customer service. He made the process easy and pleasant. Huge shout-out to the entire team working the morning shift on Thursday, July 31—everyone was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful when I arrived right at opening to pick up our order. And compliments to the chefs—our office lunch was absolutely delicious and a hit with the entire team. Everything was prepared perfectly and packaged with care. We’re already looking forward to our next office lunch from Postino on Central!

First time here and ngl I was surprised how good everything was. The bruschetta board lets you pick 4 flavors — I went with prosciutto & fig, sweet n’ spicy pepper jam, ricotta with dates, and the tomato-basil classic. Perfect balance. Vibes were casual but stylish, and the patio's great for sunset hangs. Staff was chill and checked in just enough. Portions were fair, and the wine was solid too. Restroom was tidy

Went here twice in a row while visiting Phoenix and it was just phenomenal! The bruschetta was amazing and the variety perfect if you can‘t easily decide! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful that you‘d feel right at home. Also very lovely to sit outside on a hot Arizona night.

I freaking love this place! It’s a super cute spot that I always hit when I’m in the area. My favorite things on the menu are the gluten free bruschetta board and the mixed greens salad. The service is awesome. The food is awesome. I highly recommend this place ☺️

I have never posted a restaurant review before and I only am because of how shocking and atrocious the hostess customer service was here. I have been to this Postinos over 50 times in the last 15 years, I’m a local and this is a neighborhood restaurant for my family, but tonight (a Wednesday) when we tried to dine, the hostess was so awful and rude to us that we left and will never come back. The food here is fine, even good sometimes, but you return to restaurants for the service. When you hire people that are mean, condescending and dismissive, you ruin all good will.
As a follow up-I contacted Postino per the below response and did not hear back

Update: After my initial review, the company reached out saying they wanted to “make things right.” I responded promptly but they never followed through. Weeks later, someone else from the team reached out again, I replied again… and once more, no response. This has now happened twice they initiated contact both times, only to disappear after I took the time to respond. It’s incredibly unprofessional, disappointing, and feels disrespectful. I originally left a review because of a bad experience with their service but the way management handled the aftermath was even worse. I would not recommend this business based on how they treat customers. Unprofessional and disrespectful

We had a disappointing experience at this location, both with the food and the service, which prompted me to leave a review on Google. Following that, the assistant manager, Martin, reached out and asked how they could make things right. I appreciated the gesture at first and responded, but after that initial contact, communication completely stopped. It’s now been three weeks since their reply, and despite my follow-up email which I shouldn’t have had to send I never heard back. The lack of follow-through and accountability is incredibly frustrating. I expected a more thoughtful and compassionate response, especially after being asked how they could resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I had to come back here to write this second review just to express how deeply disappointed I am not only by the original experience, but by how poorly it was handled afterward. A simple response or gesture would have gone a long way, but instead, I was met with silence.
Racist Don't go to this place if you're from another country because they'll yell at you and chase you away.
