Nice little shop. It was not busy, has a a decent amount of seating for the small space. The hardest part was figuring out where it was and how to get into the parking lot

12/02/25 1:05pm I walked in for pick up & the girl was sweeping glasses on as I look down there are crumbs hitting my shoes while dust is flying everywhere & I asked politely you should wait until customers aren’t in front of you to start sweeping dirt on them and she says well it’s my job to sweep the floors and I said I understand but you’re literally sweeping dirt on me and the other lady at the (staff on register red lipstick) counter chimed in and I tell her and she said we’ll just step to the side as if I was creating an issue. I will never eat at this location. They are disgusting and unsanitary. It’s common since to not sweep towards someone & when I bring it to their attention step out the way??

Food was good but the dining area is absolutely uncomfortable. The growling ice and drink machine is so loud you can't even hear the music. It's also hard to find a place to sit where cold air isn't blowing on you. Zero stars for customer comfort!

Called in to make an order over the phone which I frequently do for my lunch at work (just down the street) but this time the lady asked for my payment information over the phone. Never had this happen before and was a little sus’d out. Would be different if this was what they normally do but out of the dozens of phone orders this is the only one

I was there on 6/22. Poor customer service. To many repeat questions. Not enough tuna on sandwich. The interaction with both those goons were painful
six of us waited over 30 minutes for our online orders. The employees were very rude one of the girls threw an older ladies food at her once it was finally done. When asked us to speak to a manager, the managers excuse for his disrespectful employees was that they are busy. That is no excuse to throw food at somebody. Half of what I ordered on my sandwich is completely missing. I will never go to this location again do not support them. They are very rude and disrespectful. and we have an eight minute audio recording of the whole thing.

Your message says curbside pickup but the store says they can't do it...please update your phone message or have your employees do it. It's frustrating...I drove here for the curbside pick up. I won't be coming back.

I picked up the plastic wrapped desert called a cookie bar to ask what fully was in it because I not had one before and as was none to excited when the cashier decided to inform me to not touch the dessert out on display if I wasn’t purchasing them..-__-. Glad I left NO automatic tip on the tip screen while paying for my $16 sandwich.

If I come in and I’m looking at the menu that means I’m looking at the menu do I not have the right to look at the menu? As expensive as everything is these days I’m trying to compare and see if I can budget to get a drink and you want to keep harassing me and asking me if I’m ready. I came out of my way to come up here, not to be harassed. You barely put any meat on my sandwich I get a brownie and you offered to tell me is full of sugar did I ask your opinion? Are you trying to tell me I’m fat.Who are you? There were no other customers but a cop already eating so what is your problem? then I tell you flat out I’m just going to get a drink somewhere else because you didn’t give me enough time to look at the menu and you laugh. What the hell is funny you have the company losing money. Idiot!!!
