I picked up the plastic wrapped desert called a cookie bar to ask what fully was in it because I not had one before and as was none to excited when the cashier decided to inform me to not touch the dessert out on display if I wasn’t purchasing them..-__-. Glad I left NO automatic tip on the tip screen while paying for my $16 sandwich.

If I come in and I’m looking at the menu that means I’m looking at the menu do I not have the right to look at the menu? As expensive as everything is these days I’m trying to compare and see if I can budget to get a drink and you want to keep harassing me and asking me if I’m ready. I came out of my way to come up here, not to be harassed. You barely put any meat on my sandwich I get a brownie and you offered to tell me is full of sugar did I ask your opinion? Are you trying to tell me I’m fat.Who are you? There were no other customers but a cop already eating so what is your problem? then I tell you flat out I’m just going to get a drink somewhere else because you didn’t give me enough time to look at the menu and you laugh. What the hell is funny you have the company losing money. Idiot!!!

We come here to get the amazing milk shakes. Sandwiches are good too....but the milkshakes are what we usually come for and are made with real ice cream and hand dipped. And, imagine this...they are reasonably priced....

This was my first time coming to this shop. Bread was over toasted. It literally cut my mouth. No meat in the sandwich. I got the wreck which suppose to be a meat lovers sandwich but it was all hard bread. And why is the pot pie soup sweet? I'm tired of paying high prices everywhere and the food quality has been lowered. $30 Service was good but food not.

They are always fast, always friendly and they don't skip on hot peppers. Definitely my favorite Potbelly in the Valley.

Update: Customer service commented below and told me to reach out, but they never followed up after I did.I order from here often because they have great sandwiches however almost every time there is a problem. It's either that it's not ready on time or the staff is disgruntled. The main manager (who's worked there for a while) is really nice but the shift supervisors are always rude. Not just subtly rude but go out of their way to be rude. It was 2:53PM on Sunday October 8th when my order was picked up. I ordered a chicken cheddar sandwich. Got there and they were finishing it up. I ordered a cookie because potbelly sent me a free one for my birthday. It wasn't in the bag so I went to grab it. The one on top didn't look that good so I kinda skimmed through them and she aggressively said "they are all made today." I just shrugged it off as I am used to them being rude at this point. I continued to look through them and this set her off. "Don't touch them all, you wouldn't like it if someone touched your food" I told her that I didn't want that cookie and I'd take the one I liked. Keep in mind these are prepackaged and set on the counter just like everything else. So you pick out the things you want. Chips, cookies, other things. They even have the cups out for the guest to pick up. It's like a grocery store so idk why it caused her to have such a spiral into frustration. Even the other young lady working there got wide eyed and like woah. I hope moving forward they can cheer up a little bit and remember that they chose a career working with people and that if they don't want someone touching prepackaged goods they can put the the order together themselves opposed to having us do it. For reference, the manager I am talking about was shorter with glasses.I will say that when things are right, it's pretty good. Again, everyone else is nice but the two female shift supervisors are extremely rude and inpatient. For anyone looking to visit this location, I'd recommend not touching anything that they have set out for you to pick up yourself. Might lose a finger ;)

EVERY single time I order their BLTA with CRISPY bacon, they make the sandwich with bacon that looks like it was literally in the skillet for 15 seconds. Raw, uncooked bacon??? The sandwich would be really good IF THEY WOULD JUST COOK THEIR BACON!!!!! Think the health department needs calling on this one.

The food generally ends up ok, the wait is decent, and the service is decent over the dozens of trips I have made to this restaurant during work-hour lunch breaks. That said, like many businesses these days unfortunately they are asking for a tip with every transaction now. This is a common practice by frankly moronic and greedy management to have customers subsidize their employees pay rather than giving them a living wage. Pay your employees better, don't make your customers fill the gap you have created by being greedy and under paying them. This establishment could be a 4-star or 5-star review, but you are doing counter service food and you have a request for a tip on every transaction? No.

I got the Italian sandwich as always. Every time I order from this place my food always tastes fresh. The hot peppers is like a cherry on top. Service is good too. One of my fav sandwich spots to get a good Italian sub (:

Dry, small (yet pricey), little to no sauce, messed up order, didn't give me half my food, tastes good but barely any flavor.

Ordered the Veggie. Ask for artichokes and red peppers to be added. While the sandwich was getting it final toppings the clerk dropped it. Things happen no big deal. The manager stepped in and while remaking it said there was an extra charge for the peppers and artichoke. Whatever. Cashier rang me up. While the mgr was remaking sandwich the manager ask the cashier if she charged me for the extras. Cashier did not. Manager said she would have to ring me up again for the extra $2.50. Really??? (long line of people waiting) I said since I was already waiting extra time because they messed up and that I was already rung up that maybe she could ignore the extra charge. Mgr was pretty snarky saying she was not the one who dropped the sandwich and that she HAD to charge me more. Fine. Mgr then had to teach the cashier how to do what she was asking (again long line of people waiting) Got home --- Ends up mgr made the sandwich wrong and missed the avocado which is normally on it (an extra charge if not on the sandwich menu) - and missed other topping I ask for. Auughhh

First time ordering potbelly and I am furious that I paid $40 for this. We ordered two Pick Two meals and based on the photos the portions seemed standard. What we got was served in completely different containers and less than you would expect for a children’s meal: 2 by 3 inch sandwich (that’s a fourth of a very slim sub), about 4 ounces of Mac and cheese, the same for the soup, and a salad I could literally fit in one hand. For two meals? When I called to speak with the store, the automated phone system put me on hold and hung up. Three times. No one is answering.
