Potbelly Sandwich Works in Phoenix is one of my favorite spots for a satisfying meal. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. A big shoutout to Adrian, one of the sandwich makers there—he always goes above and beyond to make sure every order is just right. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the quality of the food and the way he interacts with customers. It’s refreshing to see someone who truly cares about what they do.
The “A Wreck” is my go-to, with the perfect mix of meats and toppings on that amazing toasted bread. Don’t skip the cookies either—they’re fresh, warm, and the perfect treat to finish off your meal.
Highly recommend Potbelly in Phoenix, especially if Adrian’s behind the counter. Great food, great service, and an overall awesome experience every time.

I love the sandwiches but this location has gone down hill. Don’t ask for mayo or just do “light”. Also the milkshakes don’t feel worth the price

I ordered through the app to pick up my lunch order. When I got there, it was ridiculously busy but the staff still addressed me and asked what the name was for my order. The wait was a few but that’s okay. There was something going on with the fountain drink machine too. You can tell the staff was under a lot of stress and pressure but they kept their composure making sure everyone was taken care of properly. Hopefully their day gets better, they definitely deserve it. Love this location and come here often. Give these employees a pizza party or something cause they can use it!

Sad, I know they can make a good sandwich but last few times they chose not to. Less meat very little to no condiments and veggies. They are purposely putting tiny amounts or"forgetting" all together

I ordered on Uber Eats for schedule delivery for the next day and Uber Eats. Hadn't sent anything over to them yet, which had me concerned so when I called and explained to her the situation and that I was feeding 14 people, which were our clients for a lunch and learn training. She immediately put me at ease and asked me what my order was and assured me that she was going to put my order together for me and have it ready. And that if uber eats didn't show up that she would personally deliver it to my client's address.
That to me is stellar customer service and it's hard to come by, especially when you reach a restaurant in the order that you originally placed was through Uber eats!

A star for the manager of that place, inattentive and poorly educated, never attended to me the times I asked to talk to her, she always stated that she was busy. Should better instruct staff than He takes care of the concerns of the clients, because for that they are in those jobs, and who represents the business during the day if there is no manager in charge.

I walked in and the person making the sandwiches had a large bugger hanging from his nose and proceed to make food as it was seconds from falling in the food. This is disgusting and I refused to order or come back to this location.

BLTA horrible. There's a difference between crisp bacon and burnt bacon. Dry crumbling bread. Gross. Saw an ad and decided to try you guys. Won't do that again

I am so upset. Please don't support this establishment. Jodi the manager is a disrespectful woman 100%. Schedules interviews and than just blows them off. Doesn't cancel. She just leaves you sit there looking and feeling stupid waiting. I waited around for 30 minutes and nothing from this lady. So it's time we just stop supporting people and businesses like this. If they don't have respect for others than why should I support their employment. Go somewhere else. Don't go here.
