I asked for a bigger bag because I’m not putting the sandwich on my car floor that it comes in because the sandwich would basically be on the floor and she made such a huge issue with me asking for a bigger bag.

Customer service was ok. Apparently all the sandwiches only come with meat & cheese so you have to add your own toppings. Unfortunately what I read off that I wanted to the worker, once I received my sandwich, it was a wrong. Multiple toppings were missing from my sandwich. Bummer.

Don't order through Doordarsh, as they give no modifiers for veggies and condiments. I literally only got a meat & cheese sandwich. I wanted veggies & sauces on top!!! So disappointing, I actually yelled into the void. I might actually give up eating out all together. I'm so tired of mediocrity. Either do something well, or not at all.

Placed an order online, I work 3 minutes from this location. I allowed 15 minutes for my order to be made, walked over and then waited for another 15 minutes after getting to the store for them to make my order. I don’t usually leave reviews but when an online order is placed, it’s common sense to place urgency on that order if the customer has ARRIVED AND THE FOOD IS NOT MADE. I watched at least 5 other people walk in/order/walk out before mine was complete. Just wasting my time. Not a “I’m sorry” or “ we just missed that”. Zero accountability and ya really hate to see it. See y’all tomorrow!

I placed an order there this evening to enjoy during the super bowl game with my sister. The order was made through doordash. We ordered two half sandwiches to soups 2 pickles and two shakes. We received 1 whole sandwich 1/2 sandwich no soups and both shakes were warm and runny. There were no straws in the bag. I called the store and talk to the manager. She asked me my name pulled up my receipt and said she did not show any soup on my order. Bottom line she was calling me a liar and I finally lost it I admit I raised my voice she told me I shouldn't talk to people like that I asked her name told her I was contacting her district manager she did not care. She didn't even seem to care that I was a reviewer on Google

This place is the worst service of any potbelly, I asked him for metagraph and he gave me the container instead of putting it on there. They're always so lame

Omg so gross. They had to remake the sandwich it was sooo bad. Bacon was raw and there was no turkey on my sandwich. The sandwich was just a pile of shit thrown into a bag. The girl remade it and did a good job, but the young guy who made the first one clearly didn't know what he was doing. I will never go back to this location, the Potbelly on Hayden is a thousand times better. The young guy that works there has such a rotten attitude and does not know how to make a sandwich. Unfortunately I don't know his name. Horrible lunch.

I love the Wreck, and I will always get it. The AVO turkey is also great and the Chicken club is amazing. No matter the Resturant, every sandwich is always consistent. Great food, great ingredients, with good employees who care! And order a pickle!

I live out of town and came here for the first time. They were out of bread in the size I wanted and had to defrost more. I realize it’s franchise but even subway makes their bread. I settled for a smaller sandwich and was rushed through the line. My wife’s sandwich had hard unripe avocado on hers and since I was rushed to pay the girl didn’t realized I ordered more than one sandwich and scrambled to ask what toppings I wanted for my Italian. I was kind of annoyed and so was the nice lady behind me so I just said how it usually comes. She just wrapped it up and sent me on my way. I got back to the hotel and got a glorified meat and cheese sandwich nothing else on it. I have a feeling this place could be pretty good but I was left quite disappointed.
