Man behind the Press coffee counter this morning refused to take our two basic orders stating that he was too busy. He quoted us waiting 10-15 minutes just to take our order. There was no line. When asking him if we could just place an order he told us no. He could have just taken the order and then we could have shopped at Sprouts and waited.
Very weak service and not the type of person I would hire behind the counter. He seemed to be flustered when services were being asked of him at a very basic level.

Simply asked for drip coffee over ice. “We’re not allowed to”… could charge extra for it , I don’t care. I just prefer this because it has a lower ph and more acidic profile closer to hot coffee than cold brew (too mellow) and a more balanced flavor than espresso. It’s basic science, it’s not hard to fulfill this request, at all. Bought the drip coffee and went home to make it into an iced beverage myself. It’s hilarious, it’s a false sense of curation but it’s really just ignorant mindsets ignoring basic science and reasonable modifications. Won’t be back, I’ll just add a stop at Cartel on my errand day.

I had a great time at Press Coffee - Sprouts Osborn recently! The coffee was smile-served, delicious, and skillfully prepared. It was the ideal atmosphere for working or meeting friends because it was warm and inviting. All in all, a fantastic location for coffee lovers. I'd strongly advise looking it up!

Good cortado, nice place and a good market
I'm from out of town and was told to visit Press Coffee. I was weary when the one I found was in a grocery store. It was still top notch. We ordered non-flavored lattes, a cold brew, and a PB drink. I recommend the flavored and non-avored options.
