Coming from a culinary background (Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef) the flavors and balance of drinks and dishes was spot on. I was hesitant about charred tomato and strawberry in a cocktail, but it was amazing. The beef tallow potatoes had the right touch of kosher salt and fatty unctuous mouthful was perfect. Sooo delicious, every single thing we tried. The drinks are so well thought out, and the food. It feels so welcoming in there, the staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back
