I am posting this as a DoorDash who would've been a possible customer. Upon arrival as I have done for over a year with every single restaurant, I looked for a delivery section or some sign they would tell me as a Dasher where to go as again every single restaurant I have gone to has some sort of indication where to pick up. As A Dasher we all know that waiting in line is just not a thing because again there are always indicators and people who are ready to help. Since I could not find where to pick up the order I just kind of guessed and so I went to that area, was ignored and I could tell by the look on faces that I was annoying the workers. Some lady with curly frizzy hair made a deal about me having to get in line when again places like café zuppa tell you to go to the front of the line just so they can get you out of there. I understand getting in line but again please at least some indication, especially if you're going to partner with DoorDash then please make an effort to help guide the Dashers in what the correct procedure is or else we are left looking like jerks when all we're trying to do is work. I guess some restaurants are still living in the past when Dashing But they shouldn't be the case anymore.

Proof Bread is hands down one of the best places to get artisan bread in Arizona. The sourdough loaves have an incredible crust and a soft, flavorful interior that clearly shows the care and time put into the process. Every loaf feels thoughtfully made, with a depth of flavor you don’t find in typical bakery bread. The shop has a clean, simple atmosphere that lets the quality of the bread speak for itself. It’s a must-visit if you truly appreciate handcrafted, naturally leavened bread done right.

Proof Bread on Shea is a great spot if you love quality, artisan bakery vibes. I stopped in for a coffee and an almond croissant, and both were excellent. The croissant was flaky, buttery, and not overly sweet, just how it should be, and the coffee paired perfectly with it. You can really taste the care and craftsmanship in their products. The space feels relaxed and welcoming, making it a nice place to take a short break or meet someone for coffee. A big plus is that a bathroom is available, which is always appreciated. Overall, a solid choice for anyone who enjoys good sourdough bread, pastries, and well-made coffee in Phoenix.
