I’ve been searching for great bread in Phoenix/Scottsdale for a long time, today I tried the Baguette and the Country Sourdough at Proof. I must say the bread was just fantastic, fresh, the crust was perfect and I got there early enough so “the bread was warm”. Highly recommend!

All I can say is I have had crescents in Italy and these are better !
We were on the way to the airport with a few minutes to kill
100% worth the stop ! Take some bread home to your family you won’t be disappointed! Amazing little place !
