Not gonna lie - this place lives up to its name.

Had a lot of protein and almost no carbs.

So inviting it could be called Protein Home.

Went with Mike Truty. He asked for bread, which killed the vibe.

Later, he lost it at PetSmart.

Ordered a salad that said it had turkey bacon and it was HAM!!!! Not to mention the lettuce butts/ends that you are supposed to discard but apparently they want you to eat them. Contacted the manager ZIRA and she refused to do anything. I told her I was going to leave a honest review and she said go ahead she didn’t care about the reviews. Will never be ordering from this place again. I like businesses that care about the customer. MANAGER needs a refresher course in customer service. Notice how the owner/manager never responds to the customer’s reviews that right there is how much they care about their customers.

Piece of advice.

When a customer complains about badly done protein shakes. Don't just say OK!!

If you think ProteinHouse is just a “pancake place,” let me stop you right there — this spot is so much more than that. Pancakes are just the warm-up act.

ProteinHouse fuels both body and mind with clean, non-GMO, nutrient-dense ingredients that actually make you feel good after you eat. Their entire menu is built around the idea of eating with purpose — and it shows in the quality, flavor, and attention to detail in every single item.

They use heart-healthy oils (only olive and coconut), and you can tell how fresh everything is — no weird aftertastes, no processed junk. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the vibe is clean, modern, and laid-back.

Bonus points: they also offer meal prep, so if you’re trying to stay on track during a busy week, you can order ahead and have everything ready to go.

ProteinHouse is what happens when fast food grows up, gets a degree in nutrition, and hits the gym.

If you care about what goes in your body but still want food that tastes amazing — this is your spot.

Used to be my favorite place to eat but the manager ruined it with her bad attitude when I called and complained about the poor food quality I got on my last order. If she doesn’t like customer service then find a new job.

For this kind of healthy fitness oriented cuisine this is an excellent vendor.

Trying to find quick food that tastes good and is also healthy can be a problem, but ProteinHouse makes it easy. Had a Cajun chicken bowl with brown rice and it was delicious.

We ordered a steak bowl and this was the meat in the bowl… self explanatory photo. Beware of what you’re ordering

Food is always good, the problem is music is always so loud it’s hard to have a conversation with anyone. I think they think it’s a night club for dancing.
