Protein bowl was packed and amazing. The juice I paid $9 for was not. By the time I got all the pulp out of the cup this was how much juice I was left with. It’s bad enough that one 16oz juice costs almost $10 but now I don’t even get half???? Cold pressed juice I think not… just do better. This place is great 🙌🏼🙏🏼

Ate here about 5 or 6 times now. Can't believe I'm just writing a review. I have dined in at least twice and had my order delivered through Uber eats the other 3 times. The food is always excellent! Had not such a great experience on my last Uber eats delivery. The bag wasn't ever stapled on this order. I checked no peanuts on the order, so they assumed that I didn't want the sauce. I guess I wanted to eat dry food. I spoke with management and she assured me that it wouldn't happen again. So I will keep it a 5 stars for now. I noticed that the last time when I dined in that I had to walk back up to the counter and ask for sauce on that day too. I think by me saying I don't want the crunch they assumed I don't like peanuts, which I do but not on my food. I recommend eating here.

I love the clean eating and large menu selection! Took my friend and she wasn't impressed with her meal and said she wouldn't go back, but I personally wish there was one in Prasada on the west valley. This location isn't as nice as the original in Vegas and the space could definitely use some artwork...even lpcal bodybuilder photos...something. The AC was so cold we had to rush eating to get out...that was a bummer.

Order was wrong but they were more than happy to correct it. Otherwise, it was great.

This is my favorite place in Phoenix if you value health, but I still am confused that it seems like they don't use salt on the protein lol

Milka patiently answered all my questions and helped guide my order for first time in. Great service! The Sexy bowl salmon and vegetables with quinoa was excellent! Perfectly prepared, generous portions and so packed with nutrition in the beautifully fresh veggies. Side of sweet potatoes perfectly prepared with a bit of natural char from their sweetness and packed with goodness. Lemon cilantro dressing was very tasty. I only added freshly ground pepper to be completely satisfied. Very good value, and prepared with great care. Thanks for the first of many good meals I look forward to! This place will help me make a valuable investment in my family’s health profile for their lives. No kidding. 😊

Apparently, clean & fresh food means no salt and absolutely no flavor, again… no salt. I had the sexy bowl, no avocado, due to my allergy and the salmon was lukewarm. Like it was pre-cooked and then reheated on the grill to make it seem like it was freshly cooked. It was possibly also previously frozen as it did not taste fresh so it was a waste of $20 for a “sustainable”, thawed out, flavorless, lump of coal.
I do want to point out that it is very clean, as in spotless and well maintained. The service was amazing. She was extremely accommodating to my allergy and the staff made sure to switch out their gloves. I appreciate them not killing me but they killed my tastebuds which makes me very sad 😢

Walking into Protein House, we were hopeful. Walking out, we were cracking jokes about building a time machine just to un-eat that meal and reroute ourselves to Cupbop or Flower Child.
Most of the food we tried sounded way better on the menu than it tasted in real life. Things ranged from “kinda bland” to “why is this the texture of regret?” You ever bite into something that makes you question your entire lunch decision? Yeah. That.
On the bright side, the drink we got—some kind of protein frappuccino situation—was actually good! Smooth, not too sweet, and surprisingly low-cal. But then we saw the price. Ten. Dollars. For one drink. At that point, I wasn't sure if I was sipping coffee or liquid shame.
Not the worst place on Earth, but definitely not somewhere we’ll be rushing back to. Especially not without a time machine.

The detox juice was very refreshing, light, and gave me that I’m-doing-something-good-for-my-body feeling. Loved it!
Now the steak bowl, let’s just say it came dressed for the party but forgot the accessories. They forgot the chimichurri, so the steak was kind of giving... plain protein vibes. I had to break out the emergency salt packet that came with the plastic utensils just to coax some flavor out.
Was it edible? Yeah. Was it $24 for a bowl level delicious? Not quite. I wanted to love it, but without the sauce, it just didn’t hit the way it should have.
I'll probably go back again and try something else since they have other interesting things on the menu but I'll go in person next time to make sure I get everything I order.

Hair in food disgusting
I come here fairly often, and it’s really shitty to know that when I have a question about the food, serving, size, etc that after I ask the question and go back to my seat that I can hear the girl I spoke with who helped me talking with it to her coworker as if I’m the problem and then staring at me . That’s insane. What customer service is that? That’s genuinely very upsetting. If a customer has a problem there is no reason to go back and talk with your coworkers about it. I work in the service industry and the whole interaction was upsetting. You should at least wait until I leave to start talking about it. I won’t be coming back to this location.
