The detox juice was very refreshing, light, and gave me that I’m-doing-something-good-for-my-body feeling. Loved it!

Now the steak bowl, let’s just say it came dressed for the party but forgot the accessories. They forgot the chimichurri, so the steak was kind of giving... plain protein vibes. I had to break out the emergency salt packet that came with the plastic utensils just to coax some flavor out.

Was it edible? Yeah. Was it $24 for a bowl level delicious? Not quite. I wanted to love it, but without the sauce, it just didn’t hit the way it should have.

I'll probably go back again and try something else since they have other interesting things on the menu but I'll go in person next time to make sure I get everything I order.

I come here fairly often, and it’s really shitty to know that when I have a question about the food, serving, size, etc that after I ask the question and go back to my seat that I can hear the girl I spoke with who helped me talking with it to her coworker as if I’m the problem and then staring at me . That’s insane. What customer service is that? That’s genuinely very upsetting. If a customer has a problem there is no reason to go back and talk with your coworkers about it. I work in the service industry and the whole interaction was upsetting. You should at least wait until I leave to start talking about it. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The food was pretty good. I had the PH breakfast burrito but it definitely needed more seasoning. Just a little too plain for me. But it was ok.

Came here with my family for lunch, we all arrived and ordered at different times. Shop was not particularly busy, but it took 15+ minutes to get each of our one item orders. Multiple staff members were standing around and on their phones. I ordered an açaí bowl and had multiple unblended ice chips. Overall very disappointing experience and we won’t be back

Solid spot for healthy meals! Perfect for grabbing something quick before or after a workout. They’ve got plenty of options, and the portions are legit—fills you up without overdoing it. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

Yikes. I did my own bowl with bison, sweet potato hash, a bunch of veggies, and the chimichurri sauce. The sauce was way too spicy and the bowl just didn’t have much flavor. Compared to other restaurants I’ve been to that offer a similar menu/model as ProteinHouse, this was a disappointment. Wouldn’t try again.

I like Protein House, I really do, but I’m not impressed with their juices. First off, if I’m paying a lot of money for a large juice, it should be filled all the way to the top—not half juice and the rest pulp. This is unacceptable. The pulp needs to be strained out, and they should make another batch of juice to fill it properly. For the price, this kind of service is disappointing, and I’m giving one star. In today’s economy, dining out is a privilege, and when you spend your hard-earned money only to feel ripped off, it’s really upsetting.
