Food was good but I paid $10 for the green monster and it was the grossest juice I’ve ever had in all honesty. It was warm and all pulp which I’m not used to. I took one drink and asked to replace it with something else and was offered a soft drink instead. The lady at the front was very sweet and this came from management. Customer service goes a long way and I won’t be returning.

I have been going to this location for a while. And I just want to take a moment to thank Yvonne for the friendliness and helpfulness she's provided. It's the first time I was faced with a problem. She went above and beyond with my concern when I had ordered Protien House through Uber Eats and my order was dropped off at the wrong location and I never received it. It's because of service and care that people like her provide that make customers happy and want to keep coming back, thank you! This really made my day.

This was my first time dining at this establishment and it looked pretty good. I ordered the bison burger originally with no bun, then in minutes I added the bun, the cashier (Des?) took my orders and she pressed a button I believe adding the bun. When I got home there was no bun on the burger. I called and spoke with (Des?) the original cashier who took my order. I explained to her issue and she informed me that the burger would be able to made over for me she was going to leave a note to have it done for the next day. She also refunded the cookie bites I ordered and was not in the bag. I also explained to her why I couldn’t not come back into the store to give back the burger she said no problem and restated that burger would’ve made over at no cost and that a note would be left. I called the following day to confirm and it was a different story. Autumn the representative who took the cal explained to me that I can come in and pick up the hamburger bun that was missed. This was so confusing to me, why would I bother to come in and pick up a hamburger bun that I can buy at the grocery store, am she said this is what the manager Nidia was offering me. Long story short these ladies Des, Nidia an Autumn probably the whole staff has poor customer service skills and lack to rectify customer issues. The burger wasn’t great at all. This was my first and last time eating at this establishment. I will definitely be contacting the corporate office for a refund. The food is too expensive for their employees to mess up customer orders and then not have enough common sense to fix the situation properly. Very poor service from staff and management.

I was so excited to try this place, been talking about it for months. And so I made the decision to go today, and unfortunately I was highly disappointed. The employees were nice, don’t get me wrong. But the food was terrible. Extremely bland. Limited choices on sauces. I tried to keep eating it, hoping I would start to enjoy it but…nope. Never happened. Spent $15 for a protein bowl that I ended up throwing in the trash.

Stopped at this place to find something healthy and really enjoyed trying their food. They serve a large variety of foods but I settled for the sexy dish - a salmon over quinoa with veggies 😋 and a green Sriracha sauce. The service was great, the staff is friendly. The atmosphere is very airy and clean. I love the windows all around because it opens up the place. You do have a lot of gym people go there; many of the patrons were wearing gym clothing. The price is average; we paid $40 for two people. Overall good value for the money as we received good sized bowls that were very filling. This place is located in a shopping center and I went during lunch and it was a little difficult to find parking. There is a gym at the shopping center that reserves some of the parking. First time impression: I enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and will visit again.

Staff is very friendly, the food is pretty darn incredible! I love how they accommodate my partners gluten free and vegetarian diet with their amazing bowls and gluten free brownie bites, we ordered the brownie bites last time and mistakenly received the chocolate chip dough one but it was also delicious. Very filling and healthy food, definitely recommend it to my friends

Protein bowl was packed and amazing. The juice I paid $9 for was not. By the time I got all the pulp out of the cup this was how much juice I was left with. It’s bad enough that one 16oz juice costs almost $10 but now I don’t even get half???? Cold pressed juice I think not… just do better. This place is great 🙌🏼🙏🏼

Ate here about 5 or 6 times now. Can't believe I'm just writing a review. I have dined in at least twice and had my order delivered through Uber eats the other 3 times. The food is always excellent! Had not such a great experience on my last Uber eats delivery. The bag wasn't ever stapled on this order. I checked no peanuts on the order, so they assumed that I didn't want the sauce. I guess I wanted to eat dry food. I spoke with management and she assured me that it wouldn't happen again. So I will keep it a 5 stars for now. I noticed that the last time when I dined in that I had to walk back up to the counter and ask for sauce on that day too. I think by me saying I don't want the crunch they assumed I don't like peanuts, which I do but not on my food. I recommend eating here.
