Love it!!! 10/10 recommend! I pass here all the time and never stop in. Yesterday I came in and a nice young man, Kameron, helped and suggestion a few items on the menu. I bought them all! He was the most pleasant restaurant employee I’ve encountered in a while. I took the food to go and was thoroughly pleased. Everything was so good that I brought my son back with me today after school. We ordered 4 different items on the menu and they were all great!!! Kameron was here again and helped again. He had more suggestions for us today and was even more pleasant and patient. We sat down to eat this time. The rest of the staff was amazing and wanted to make sure we liked our meal. We loved it! The environment is pleasant. It’s so clean you can eat off the floor! The lemonade was perfect and my son doesn’t normally like lemonade. Thank you so much for a pleasant dining experience! Victor, thanks for coming to the table to check on us and give details about what we should try next week!

I remember when this place first opened up it had a nice atmosphere nice working people who are friendly and attentive.Nowadays the atmosphere is completely dead the service is subpar they take a while to bring out the food compared to other pho places I've been to.And a lot of times they forget what I even ordered.If I wanted pho and this was the only restaurant open in town I think I'd rather just eat pizza or something.
Put an order online. Called to confirm the order and immediately called to cancel because there were mistakes in the order. They put me on hold and left the phone off the hook for 30 minutes and never came back. I tried to calling 30 times left 3 voicemail the phone was still off the hook and going to vm. Eventually the calls stopped going through at all.
