The online menu information is not updated. We got a 10.a, which was posted as $11.00, but we were charged $16 when we picked up our order. The 2 spring rolls for $5 were actually $7.50. Update your website!!! We got Bland, tasteless food that had very little meat or vegetables, and the beef was tough like it had been boiled. We won’t be back.

Pho here is unbelievably delicious. I usually have the brisket, but I’ve enjoyed a good deal of the other pho soups and they’re equally delicious! Try this place out!

Had their combination plate tonight noodles was one big clump when you picked it up with a fork, very sticky and overpriced for 17.85$ I wont be going back,.never! I even asked if their tai noodles better than the rice and he reassured me the noodles were much better.

This is hands down the best pho I’ve had in Phoenix. Authentic and obviously made with love. I recommend the combination pho.

I can't believe they charge $1 for a side of child oil. When other places they give it for free. And also the noddles taste like plastic.

PT Pho Express offers a unique dining experience, particularly for lovers of Vietnamese cuisine. During my recent visit, I dined in and ordered their egg rolls and pho, which were delightful. The food quality was impressive, deserving a solid 4-star rating. The egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, and the pho had a rich, aromatic broth, tender meat, and fresh noodles, all contributing to a satisfying meal. The service at PT Pho Express stood out remarkably. The staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to respond, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. This exceptional service undoubtedly merits a 5-star rating. However, the restaurant's environment didn't quite match the high standards set by its food and service. The ambiance scored a lower 3-star rating in my experience. While the place was mostly clean, it lacked the warmth and inviting atmosphere that enhances a dining experience. The overall vibe felt a bit underwhelming, which might detract from the overall enjoyment for some diners. In summary, PT Pho Express excels in its culinary offerings and exceptional service, making it a great choice for those prioritizing delicious food and attentive service. However, for those who value ambiance as an integral part of the dining experience, the environment might be a slight letdown.

NEVER AGAINI ordered online and it was an easy process. The total came out $29.40 for two spring rolls and steak pho. It said it would be ready at 11:25 and when I went to pick it up they said they needed more time because they didn't prepare it at the time it would say it was ready. The person who attended me was rude and looked away from me when I was talking to them. I waited for the time they asked and the food was still not ready which was upsetting because when I received the order it was cold. I reheated the broth but the broth has no lemon or ginger, only beef, and the noodles aren't fully cooked and were hard. The hoisin sauce that came with the order was so old it's almost like gum and wouldn't dissolve. I hope those who dine or take-out doesn't have the same experience as me, but I wouldn't recommend going to this pho place. Save your money or go to another location.
