Place is clean, the food and smoothie with booba was amazing.

Found a piece of sharp plastic in my fried rice!!!

I love this place. I eat there at least once a month. Everyone is so nice and the food is amazing

The pic on the menu and my Pic do no justice for this marrow pho! It really hit the spot! This dish is not something you can rush, it needs to properly be enjoyed.

Went for lunch with my mom recently and quest made our first Vietnamese cuisine experience very memorable! We loved the vermicelli bowl!

I used to come here for lunch often. A couple of days ago, I came back and saw a new male server. He never smiled and looked very unhappy, as if I owed him money or something.

Lunchtime should be an enjoyable break in the middle of a workday, not a time to deal with a server's bad attitude.

Even so, I still left him a tip, hoping he could learn how to treat customers with basic courtesy. But honestly, I will never come back again.

Just went for quick dinner. The first girl to take our order was great the second one that had curly hair very petite by the way we did not even speak to was rude and attitude. When you are in kitchen lobby can hear convos btw. Didn’t eat the food we bought. Left.

I was in a few minutes ago. I was picking up a mobile order for a Pho (5e) and a Tea. When I walked in, a young lady came from the back. She did not address me. I said to her, “I’m here to pick up a mobile order for Lee.” She proceeds to grabs it from the counter and push it my way. She didn’t say a word to me. I noticed that my tea was missing. I said, “I’m sorry, there should be a tea with my order.” She grabbed the food she had pushed toward me to check the ticket. Then, she walked over to a tablet to check the order there. She notices she did in fact miss my tea. Still she does not address me or even look at me. I can tell she is annoyed by something. She turns to make my tea. Once she finishes, she sets in on the counter next to the food I ordered and turns are walks away. Still, not speaking to me or looking at me. I kindly said to her, “Thank you very much, mam.” By this time she is halfway in the kitchen having never said a single word to me.

I am writing this so that hopefully a manager or owner might be able to address with employees. This is terrible service. This frustrated me to the point that I am not sure that I will be back.

Better than the reviews suggest!

I recently tried PT Pho Express and was pleasantly surprised. The beef brisket pho soup was excellent! The broth was flavorful, the meat was tender, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely recommend this place to others. Don't let the mixed reviews deter you - give PT Pho Express a try!

Very clean restaurant, food tasted very authentic. My husband and I were jamming to the music the whole time we were here ?? There was 1 server running the entire restaurant, at least front end, and he still made sure to check on us and make sure everything was good. 10/10 recommend!!
