PT PHO Express - Carefree & I -17

I was in a few minutes ago. I was picking up a mobile order for a Pho (5e) and a Tea. When I walked in, a young lady came from the back. She did not address me. I said to her, “I’m here to pick up a mobile order for Lee.” She proceeds to grabs it from the counter and push it my way. She didn’t say a word to me. I noticed that my tea was missing. I said, “I’m sorry, there should be a tea with my order.” She grabbed the food she had pushed toward me to check the ticket. Then, she walked over to a tablet to check the order there. She notices she did in fact miss my tea. Still she does not address me or even look at me. I can tell she is annoyed by something. She turns to make my tea. Once she finishes, she sets in on the counter next to the food I ordered and turns are walks away. Still, not speaking to me or looking at me. I kindly said to her, “Thank you very much, mam.” By this time she is halfway in the kitchen having never said a single word to me.

I am writing this so that hopefully a manager or owner might be able to address with employees. This is terrible service. This frustrated me to the point that I am not sure that I will be back.

Better than the reviews suggest!

I recently tried PT Pho Express and was pleasantly surprised. The beef brisket pho soup was excellent! The broth was flavorful, the meat was tender, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely recommend this place to others. Don't let the mixed reviews deter you - give PT Pho Express a try!

Very clean restaurant, food tasted very authentic. My husband and I were jamming to the music the whole time we were here ?? There was 1 server running the entire restaurant, at least front end, and he still made sure to check on us and make sure everything was good. 10/10 recommend!!

People are always complaining! That’s probably why the last owner left. Just appreciate that there’s even a Pho place up this way. I think their beef Pho is delicious!!

We were craving Vietnamese food. We decided to try this place since we were in the area. We were greeted immediately, and our drinks brought out very quickly. We started off with the Pork and Vegetable Crispy Eggrolls. They were excellent. My daughter had the Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, and they did honor her request to add shrimp (for a little extra), and I enjoyed the Grilled Pork Vermicelli Bowl. We enjoyed our lunch. They were busy for lunch. Our server was very pleasant. We will visit again if we are in the area.

Mike and Ryan were awesome! The food was amazing! We are HUGE fans of pho! The basil shrimp rolls were FIRE!! ? Everything was great, especially the bone marrow Pho. ❣️

Greated as soon as we came in. We ordered just water and was served right away. We then Ordered the spring rolls. Huge and delicious. Our meals came to the table steaming hot and delicious. We had a pleasant conversation with the owner and staff We did come on a weekday and in between lunch and dinner. Highly recommend this place.
