Not good. The service was awful. They had one employee waiting on and busing every table, taking the orders, and accepting payments. Bad systems all around. One suggestion, aside from obtaining adequate staff, would be to put the drink machine in front of the counter so people do not have to wait until after their appetizer to arrive to get drinks or so they could actually get refills. The ticket time was at least 45 minutes in a restaurant that was not full. Ironically, the waiter warned me not to get the sandwich because it would have taken a long time. I can only imagine. The food was below average. The pork and vegetable eggrolls were pretty good. The egg noodles stir fried with chicken was pretty bland and not very good. They never gave me my coins, because I should apparently be up charged for a lengthy, unpleasant experience. No chance I would go back to this place.

I am a big lover of pho and have been to many pho restaurants across the valley. This is by far the best one I have been to in terms of taste, quality, and customer service. I almost always get the chicken pho and crispy egg rolls; they never miss. Whether dine-in or take-out, the service and speed are impeccable every single time. The manager, Kim, is genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming, and I look forward to seeing her every time I come in. It is truly in your best interest to try this place; it is a 12/10.

The very best pho in the Valley. Other menu selections equally tasty. My grandson likes the chicken fried rice and wings. Kim and her staff are friendly and efficient. Dishes are served steaming hot and quickly. They are helpful in offering suggestions from the full menu.My go to spot about once a week fir the quality of their food.
Ordered a noodle bowl for pick up that should have come with vegetables. When I arrived home I realized there's no vegetables included in the order. I tried to call the store and ask if they can issue some credits since the noodle doesn't taste good without vegetables and it's not worth my time and gas to drive back just to pickup the vegetables. The person from the store I talked to isn't willing to comprise and give credit, he said he can give me some vegetables the next time I come back, like is he serious. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this store because of crappy customer service who doesn't care about their customers and doesn't own up to their mistake. I'm not asking for a $1000 in compensation, just give back a few dollar credit $2-5 won't hurt their bottomline
Dined at PT Pho and loved it! The vegetable pho with veggie broth was delicious, and Cody's friendly service made the experience even better. He quickly fixed a small order mistake. Highly recommend for a taste of great Vietnamese food!

I ordered two fried rice. I have called them at 5:40 PM. The receptionist told me that the food will be ready within 20 minutes. So I went to the restaurant at 6 PM. I was told that the food will be ready shortly. At 6:25 PM I ask the receptionist if my food was ready and he said he will check. Then I was told that it will be ready within 20 minutes. I told him I will come back because I have to go pick up my daughter from Desert Ridge. So it is 7 PM when I came back and my food was still not ready. I ask if my food will be ready shortly and I was told yes. I also want to add that there were two more people waiting for their food. At 7:10 PM there was a woman that came out from the kitchen and ask me " what are you waiting?" I told her I ordered two fried rice. She grabbed a bag and handed it to me. I checked, and it was my fried rice. Then I left when I got home. I opened a bag and tried the food. It was to my surprise. It was so salty. I try the other container and it was so salty. So I ended up throwing the food away and I want to add that I paid $15 each container so I spend almost 40 bucks including tax and tips stay away from this restaurant. Service was horrible and the food was awful.
