Good place to bring the family and enjoy some tasty Puerto Rican food. The service, atmosphere and food are great. This is to order food so please don't rush and enjoy some drinks once your food comes out enjoy the moment. One thing I would suggest is the size of the meals are big so if you want to share is ok. Another thing I noticed the gandule rice was a bit dry maybe a hair overcooked or on the warmer too long and could use some more sazon or something more savory. Overall a good experience and will recommend to family and friends. Come and check them out I guarantee you will leave with a smile in your face.
Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs and many families enjoying their food
Wheelchair accessibility: Bring them in the doors are wide enough and ok ty of seating to accommodate the wheel chairs. Have fun 😀

We had a big table on December 29th, the food was excellent and the customer service was exceptional. We had Mofongos, alcaparras, tostones, bistec, shrimps and chicken, pasteles, and amarillos. There could be some improvement in the flavor profile of the mofongo (probably the plantains were not green enough), and some improvement in the service (initially was a bit chaotic but the staff was very friendly and they delivered). I wish this place the best. Highly recommend!

Excellent food!!! We have been looking for an authentic Puerto Rican Restaurant and Hallelujah we found one!!! Arroz Con Gandules, Pastels, Pastelillos, and Flan - all were perfectly made! We will definitely be back. Service was great and the restaurant was clean. Best food in Arizona so far!

The food here is one of the best ..latin places of all of Arizona.( By the way yes they Speak English)
They serve such delicious pasteles y arroz con gandules .(Puerto Rican Rice with Pigeon Peas)
They have many delicious dishes Mofongo con camarones (Which is fried green plaintains with Shrimp garlic olive oil and other ingredients that are mouth watering)
For Americans who love authentic food this is the place to eat .
My daughter even approves of the food here as one of the most excellent she has ever tasted.

Very cozzie place. Really enjoyed the food and another variety meal. Pictured fries, fried sweet plantian, the odd shape is a green banana fritter with ground beef ,slow roasted shredded pork with rice and beans, shrimp in garlic sauce with mashed plantian and dessert it was coconut pudding with cinnamon dusted on top. Definitely worthwhile.

My wife and I ordered takeout and received some free pegao (the clumpy crispy rice at the bottom of the pot). The service and staff were friendly and the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere.
Now to the meat of the review, or rather their pernil. The pernil was very flavorful and paired with the arroz con gandules was immaculate. The portion was fair for the price and my wife and I could split 1 order and walk away satisfied. Being that this is our first time having Puerto Rican food, we wanted to go all out and order a litany of appetizers. Our favorite was the bacalaitos. As a Vietnamese, this dish is similar to cha ca. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The dipping sauce it comes with really brought it all together. The next favorite was the alcapurria. It was crispy and came with that same dipping sauce. We also got the mofongo, empanadas and pastele. You can taste the labor of love in the mofongo, in particular, but all were incredibly delicious! To make another Vietnamese comparison, the pastele is very similar to banh nam, pounded plantains and meat wrapped in banana leaves it really is like if my wife's Mexican tamales and my Vietnamese banh nam had a baby, replace the corn masa with plantains and you get pasteles and it's delicious!
To top it off, we got some tembleque and it's best described as coconut flan. Absolutely delicious and not too sweet (iykyk), it was just right and refreshing as it was served chilled.
Overall it was an A+ experience. For my first time having Puerto Rican food, I have no doubt the bar is set high and I will be returning.
