We started with gyoza and tsukune meatballs with a full spicy kick. The salmon is flaky and flavorful. Finallly the 26 oz ribeye medium is sheer perfection- the fat forms a flavorful glaze and the house rub means it needs nothing else save a spritz of salt and pepper.

Some food was lovely, but steak was over done instead of medium rare, service was so slow that we saw our waitress like five times the whole meal. Waited a long time to send back the steak, waited so long to get service that I couldn’t order another drink. Nice atmosphere, lots of cushy pillows, terrible service. Manager was called out to discuss the overcooked steak, which in itself is silly because the customer should never be questioned. Manager was very kind so no problems with him. Overall a disappointing experience tho we appreciated a dessert on the house.

We were staying at the Global Ambassador and decided to stop in Pyro for a late lunch and a drink. Chris was bartending and was fantastic! The food was unexpectedly amazing and that goes for the craft cocktails as well. Upscale service and product. Will be going back for sure!

I was looking forward to dinner here as the reviews were so good and the restaurant was beautiful. Husband and I shared the steak tartare, yellowtail sashimi, crab pasta, caviar, 21oz ribeye and short rib fried rice. The crab pasta wasn’t very flavorful and seems to be lacking something. The steak tartare and yellowtail sashimi were delicious. Service was ok - I found my water cup empty quite a few times and having to asking for refills as the waitress was busy with all her tables. Food came out at odd intervals - our dinner came out before our friend’s appetizers which didn’t even come out until after their dinner was delivered and just about finsihed. We all ordered our full course meals at the beginning as the waitress instructed. Here is the best part: Something we ate at the restaurant got us sick - we both ended up with stomach cramps and diarrhea all night. So much for date night.
Amazing short rin and the ube dessert was to die for. Didn't like the fish taste in the chicken and potatoes pave though. Lichi drink and spicy tuna app was really good.

Our server was very unfriendly. After he asked if we wanted any drinks, we only ordered water and his attitude suddenly changed. Since then he only came up to us to clean the plates, never asked how everything was doing, never asked if we needed anything. Very bad attitude. We had 6 people so the tip was automatically added, maybe thats why he didn’t want to serve anyway. Server was a ‘soft’ guy. Food took forever to come out. we went in at 8pm. entrees were out at 9:16pm.

Had the pleasure of dining here for dinner. It didn’t look very busy from the outside but inside was definitely booming. The atmosphere is very lively and loud if you’re expecting a quiet dinner I’d probably try to book an earlier dinner or maybe even later in the evening. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the appetizers and the delicious bone in rib eye. I will definitely be back!

Came here for one of my friends birthday dinner and the food was excellent. I had the yakisoba with chicken skewers, it was amazing! Lots of flavor and very tender chicken but just a touch charring to add to the taste. We also had some gyoza and some steak bites, I am not too sure what the name was but it was an appetizer, the steak was so tender and so easy to pull apart. My friends had the the crab pasta and found it to be incredible. I do have one thing to say, the waiter mentioned that the portions were family style however, they are very small so just be prepared for that. Over all, this place is a great place for a date or a great hangout place for your friends and highly recommend it!

Absolutely incredible experience with my wife celebrating my birthday! Their happy hour was fantastic! Sarah had fantastic recommendations for us on food! We got the Yellowtail Sashimi, Spicy Salmon Hand Taco, Pork Fried Rice, and...I can barely say it without my mouth watering...the burger. The burger and fries were phenomenal! Sarah was so wonderful and took amazing care of us! Whatever she suggests, go with it! You won't regret it!

What delightful place. Every dishes was delicious. The portions were well balanced, so you didn't feel stuffed and could enjoy everything. We were compt a great desert for our anniversary. The aged steak was wonderful, the gyoza are best I have ever had and the mushroom side was so tasty. Our waiter Kyle was wonderful ,informative without being intrusive. The young man who delivered how good did a great job of explaining each dish and the busser did a great job clearing dishes. The space is cost and elegant. Overall a wonderful experience.
