Wonderful unique food experience. We sat in the dining area not the bar area. Lovely velvet booth with a view of the open cooking area. Lighting was excellent not too bright and not too dim. A wonderfully unique cesear salad. Perfect martini with extra olives as requested. Main plates were special and delicious. Filet was perfectly prepared to order and served sliced with yummy mushrooms. Yellowtail hand roll was delicious and more a hand “taco” served with a dropper bottle of tamari. Lovely twist on the norms. Our waitress was amazing and attentive. The manager was also super friendly and checked in about our experience. It a was a 10 star anniversary dinner. Thank you !!!

She made recommendations without being pushy, timed all our dishes perfectly, and somehow always appeared the second we needed her. Every single dish was absolutely delicious. The seared big eye tuna and tuna tataki specifically were to die for. Would come back again over and over if we weren't moving away from Phoenix. Music could have been turned down just a touch, but it still wasn't overwhelming. Otherwise, no notes. If you're thinking of coming here- DO IT!

I love Pyro! I have an annual tradition of Thanksgiving dinner a few days before with some friends that come in town. I usually choose a new restaurant and we chose Pyro and it was sooo good! We ordered a few apps and I ordered the noodles (the broth was sooooooo goood)! Our server was amazing and the drinks were next level! Looking forward to trying out the brunch

It was my first time coming for happy hour. The ambience was amazing. The host was very welcoming and sweet. I loved my server and he made an amazing Matcha espresso martini. Always a 10/10 definitely will be back !

Went for lunch during a weekday so it was pretty quiet but I can image the noise level increasing during evening hours. Food was fantastic and presentation was excellent. Server was very friendly and helpful with our menu choices.

As a big foodie visiting from NYC, and I've traveled for food a lot of places, this might be crowned as my favorite restaurant. Every single detail - from the menu, the delicious food (short rib scewers a must) to the bathroom design, to the calmness of the open kitchen and open fire hearth, to the service and drinks... wow. Spectacular restaurant. 11/10 no notes. We went for our anniversary and they were incredibly generous with a handwritten card awaiting us at the table, sparkling wine, and dessert. This should be so much harder to get into than it was—this is a must visit when in town.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Valley. It is so unique and has such great staff, flavors, and atmosphere. The food is all 10/10, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the manager is very kind and strives to ensure each experience is exceptional. My favorites are the yellowtail, short rib skewers, steak/scallops, and brussel sprouts!! Such a great steakhouse!!
