I would give this location zero stars if possible. Their food is beyond disgusting! Nasty day old reheated vegetables and nasty day old reheated burnt meat. The employees do not care about customers whatsoever and are guaranteed to mess up your order every single time without fail. That is if by some alignment of the planets and stars the store is even open AND they actually have food for them to mess up your order. The franchise owner is too cheap to pay debit card fees so they're cash only. I mean c'mon... it's 2022 - everyone uses their card. For the love of all that is holy... do not eat here! Just close this rat hole! I look forward to eating at whatever replaces this joke when it inevitably closes down.
I'm wondering how long until this place shuts down... I'm a doordash driver and I had an order for a substantial amount... It was 6:50pm when I arrived there was a sign on the store in sloppy handwriting stating " We're closed at 7, if you ordered food on line wait for tomorrow or cancel it for a refund"Like seriously? And they had left WELL before I got there!!! You're messing with people's food and people's PAY!!! Absolutely insane!!!
Really wish I had read reviews before coming! Placed an online order at 8pm and went to pick it up and when I went all the lights were off and I had assumed they were understaffed maybe and had to close early? I proceeded to drive off when all the sudden lights turned on. Long story short I literally made eye contact with these punk kids. Watched them turn the lights on and off & proceeded to poke their heads up to see if i was still standing outside waiting. I even went to tropical cafe next store and they told me they have the same regional manager and also verified they should have been open. I would have just let it go but we had already paid for our food prior to even coming! I have never experienced anything like this. Terrible!!!
I was so excited for this location to open up as Qdoba has great food. However this location just doesn’t have it together at all. I’ve given them countless chances. First time we came the food was extremely cold. We went home to heat it up and only then it tasted good. Next time they were literally out of everything. The girls at the counter were answering their cellphones while making our bowls. Didn’t change their gloves. Today we come at noon, according to Google they were open. Doors locked, lights are out. I would not be surprised if this location closed permanently. It’s been a disaster since it opened. Highly disappointed. Take your money elsewhere
Order on door dash. The order was all wrong. We order a shrimp bowel.Got chicken instead. Order a chicken bowel with lettuce and cheese. Got the bowel. No lettuce , no cheese. Order 4 corn tortilla tacos. Recived 4 flour tortilla tacos. We went in to the store at 5:20 to get our order straight. Two guys running around. Store is dirty. Food all over counter. They tell me they have no shrimp. The manager didn't order any. I asked them what they were going to do to compensate us. I payed extra for the shrimp. They tell my to contact door dash. One guy touched his head with his gloves on then was going to touch the lettuce. My daughter told him to change his gloves. The soda mechine was out of a lot of flavors. It sad this store is being run like this. It well not be open for long. Who ever run this store needs to wake up. Where is the manager.?
It is almost unbelievable how quickly this place has turned to trash. I used to absolutely love Qdoba at another location near downtown. So I was so excited when I saw this one opening up. I've given this location multiple chances and the only time they were decent was right after opening. After that, it seems they've been having staffing issues, on top of everything else. The employees they hire seem to hate their job and don't care about the cleanliness of the place. The last time I went in, the food looked stale like it had been sitting in its warmers for hours without being stirred. The counters, tables, and floors were filthy. Which makes no sense because the place was slooooow. They should have time to clean up the place. The worker didn't understand the menu and I kept having to repeat myself while he looked up at the menu board above him. I took my food home, took a bite of a cold burrito bowl and threw it out. What a disappointment.
Wow, wow ,wow...this owner is going to lose money fast! We ordered 4 meals 1 out of 3 was right. This was a delivered order so we had to go in to go it fixed. First impressions inside two young employees messing around, dirty inside, floors dirty, food on the counters in the prep area. Asked for them to remake our orders and they said they were wrong because management can't get food delivery correct. Umm that explains my chicken instead of shrimp but not the lack of cheese or lettuce on one of the orders or pinto beans plus black beans when I requested black or the fact that the tortillas were wrong for the tacos. The one kid was rude and got irritated with me when I asked him to change his gloves after he touched his sweaty head with them and then was going to touch our food!! It was dinner time, restaurants all around them were busy but not one person in there, now we see why. I feel bad for the owners with poor management and poor employees, this is a quick way to go out of business.
We were so excited for this location to open since all the others closed. First time visit and thank goodness there wasn’t a rush because they were out of queso, shrimp and the line was basically empty. Once we sat down to wait for the food (30+ minutes) and no one else was in line, no one started filling up the supplies. The tables were dirty. The menus were crooked. They don’t accept cash. There was an ant crawling around by the food. I could go on. There does not seem to be any care at all here. As much as we love Qdoba, we’ll likely not be back. Such a wasted opportunity here for the chain.
Visited the new location at Bell and 7th Ave. in north Phoenix this evening. Immediately upon parking we noticed how filthy the windows were, at that point we should have drive off. Inside the lobby wasn’t any better, the two gentlemen working this evening are obviously intoxicated on some type of drugs, signs similar to fentanyl. We had three orders, two bowls and one burrito. Absolutely nothing was remotely fresh, the rice was way under cooked and cool to the touch, the chicken was way over cooked, extremely dry and cold as well. I could go on and on but I’m a nut shell this brand new location looks absolutely disgusting, the employee are not inviting and the food is terrible. This is the second time we have visited since opening, we chose to give it another shut since we have enjoyed other locations in the past. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Do not waste your time coming here. I’ve given this location so many chances but I’m done. This place sucks. First thing I’m told when I walk in is they’re out of rice, steak, chipotle chicken, queso, and chips. Well, what am I supposed to order then? As a restaurant your only job is to make sure you have the food available to serve. It’s some sort of BS or another every time I come here. This place will close soon.EDIT: I love how they respond to every comment saying they will pass the feedback along to the district manager. Where is this person anyways, because things are tanking fast here with no improvements.

The service at this location is absolutely abhorrent. I arrived at the restaurant around 2:45 and parked in front while I placed a pickup order online. My order was successfully placed at 2:48. I proceeded to wait in my car until the time it was ready, which was between 3:01 and 3:11. The parking lot was pretty much empty, so I figured waiting in my car would be fine and I wouldn’t be taking up a spot that someone else could use. I entered the restaurant around 3:02, hoping that because it wasn’t super busy, my order would be ready closer to the 3:01 anticipated time, rather than the 3:11 time. I walked in and told them I was picking up an online order. My order was not ready yet, not even close. They began making my food at that moment. I didn’t complain though because, technically, the time said up to 3:11. They finished making the food relatively fast, which concerned me a bit, but who am I to complain about fast service. However, once they handed me my bag, I realized that I was missing many items that I ordered. When I placed the order online, I ordered two kids’ quesadillas, and it gave me the option of choosing a side, so I ordered chips and the three cheese queso for both. I also requested that the quesadillas include the grilled steak. With the grilled steak salad that I ordered, I ordered it with a crunchy tortilla shell, citrus lime vinaigrette, and shredded cheese. When I got my order, the two young men working there immediately went to the back, so I stopped at a table and checked to see if everything was in there before I left. From first glance, I was missing the chips and queso, as well as the two water bottles that were supposed to come with the kids’ meals. I went back up to the counter and saw that the workers were nowhere to be found. I’m suspecting they were in the freezer or perhaps a back office. Finally, they came out and asked me what was wrong, so I told them that the kids’ meals said that they come with a side, which was supposed to be chips and the queso. The two workers did not believe me, even when staring at the receipt they had. I showed them on my phone that the order was supposed to come with the chips and queso. They relented and proceeded to get me the chips and queso, however, they were incredibly rude while doing so, such as rolling their eyes and questioning me. While they were scooping out the queso, they were complaining to each other (rather loudly) about how much they hate this job and the customers. One of the workers then made a comment about the car parked in front of the restaurant, saying, “Why the hell has this car been here for the past 30 minutes?” I know that the car they were talking about was my car. Again, I was the only one there. First, it had not been there for 30 minutes. It was only about 3:10, so 20 minutes at most. Secondly, it was not like my car was blocking anyone or anything because, again, it was not busy. As they handed me the chips and queso, they once again rolled their eyes. Yes, they did apologize, but it was a “sorry” that held no emotion, no sincerity behind it. After I got the chips and queso, they proceeded to once again disappear in the back. I left, thinking that I had everything because what else could they mess up? How wrong I was. When I got home and opened the food, I saw that the grilled steak quesadillas were missing the grilled steak. The salad was missing the cheese and the citrus lime vinaigrette. The grilled steak that was miraculously in the salad was burnt and crunchy, and the chips were stale. Also, while I was waiting, I saw that there are ants, probably half the size of my fingernail, bulbous and dark, crawling across the counter. They were not just in front of the cash register, but also along the counter that is right in front of the food, and I fear that they are in the food as well given the close proximity. I hope this insight will lead to changes in this restaurant because I have experienced great service and great food at other locations.
Unbelievably poor service. I asked for taco shells (was told they are out) I asked for impossible meat (out of impossible meat), Rice was all hard and difficult to chew. I have to this store multiple times, each time I had a bad experience with something or other. Poor maintenance, poor management, poor inventory, poor customer service. And finally today I want to give it one last chance, same story (out of taco shells, food is all salty) and my card was charged twice and told it was the system problem. Even the receipt is not coming out due to some technical issue. I understand it was a new store, but the effort they are putting in to correct things is zero. I like mexican food and qdoba. But this particular location is pathetic. I dont recommend this store. The rating itself speak for their service. #QDOBA #BELLROADLOCATION #PHOENIX
As someone who works in the food industry, I’ve seen lots of situations. The experience I’ve had with this location is awful. First time visit, placed an online order, then got the confirmation email it was ready. When I arrive to pick it up, two employees were sitting at a booth stated they couldn’t fulfill orders due to be out of food. (Completely understandable) I asked for the order to be canceled and to be charged nothing. The next day money was taken from my account. I went into the store 4 days in a row asking for a refund. No managers work on site and was given a cell phone number to text about the issue. Extremely unprofessional but okay. Reached out twice, heard nothing back. Emailed qdoba customer service all information required..almost 10 days and still no refund. Learn from my lesson, take your money elsewhere!
This was my 1st time eating here. 2 employees. The food bar was dirty and food looked old. I had already ordered or I would have left. The employees were.so slow and took forever. we were the 1st in line. 2 other people came after but one left. Very unsanitary but could have been delicious. Also Ants all over and all over soda machine. I was scared to eat my food. Employees used same glove to check me out that he prepared the food with. Took a few Bite and was very tasty but my kids and I seen how dirty so wouldn't eat it. Wasted 50.00 down the drain.
Honestly do not waste your time coming here. We had a great experience the very first time but now anytime we drive over here it’s always closed. We went today and it was open but walking in one of the employees let us know that they don’t have chicken or steak. He then says “I can make some if you want.” We just walked out because the way he said it was like it was an inconvenience for him to have to do his job. At this point I don’t think this location is going to last very long.
