My boyfriend & I were visiting and we had the pleasure of doing the Chefs table experience. We sat in the kitchen with chef Dustin Christofolo and had the chef tasting menu which varies weekly. Everything was farm to table and the presentation of each dish was impeccable. You may not know what you’re getting but you’re guaranteed a 5-star experience with over 80% of the food grown from their farm and the rest sourced locally. Incredible experience from the Quiessence team!
Kitchen was quite slow, service was substandard and not very knowledgeable.
Food was definitely solid, but all in all was not worth the asking price, there are better restaurants in the valley in this price range.
