Disappointing to see QT getting confused on why people come here. Thus store is 100% BACKWARDS and for the usability of the men's room (stupid sounding I know) the more expensive tiled dividers create more privacy and better usability of each unit.
I would like to take a few moments and recognize Chad who just happens to be the manager at QT. Every single time I am at that particular location Chad always greets the customers with a smile, and a very nice acknowledgment. I've observed multiple times the way Chad communicates to his employees, and he's always respectful, but yet assertive.
