Hours of operation on Google say 2 PM for Saturday, it’s 12:55 PM and the store is closed. No hours of operation listed anywhere on the door. A complete failure of a franchise owner as there is a long list of things that are just inconvenient to do business at this Quiznos location. What a waste of time and gas today. No wonder there’s only three in the greater Phoenix area left.

What an absolutely horribly owned store. I can say that personally, I've been working in the area the last month and I would have come by ten or more times for a sandwich, but I didn't fall inside their tight little window of THREE AND A HALF HOURS of operation! How can you as a company and a franchise be successful running this way? I just pulled up thinking that I beat their crazy hours to get a sandwich before 2:30 (it was 2:05 but turns out they close at 2) and the owner from inside just yelling "were closed" i pray to all that is holy of any faith this man fails miserably and a new competent owner takes his place

There aren't many places to find a Quiznos anymore, so when I spotted this I figured I needed to stop in. The sandwiches were just as good as I remembered and the service was quick. It's a shame there aren't many locations, but if you're in this area it's worth checking it out.

My daughter and I tried the new and limited edition Big Fat Greek sandwich. It did not disappoint! Tasty meat with a tangy sauce; minus the red onions as I do not care for them. Would definitely get this one again and hope they keep it on the menu for a while.

One of the few Quiznos left in the valley. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well kept location. The sandwiches are always good and taste just like they did when I was younger. Fingers crossed this one never closes.

Ive been here quite a few times amd it always seems like the women behind the counter are incredibly tired of their jobs and customers. Not sure if they are the franchise owners but its easy to tell why this chain is slowly diminishing with the customer service they give.
Whoever runs this store needs to watch YouTube videos on customer service & management. You cant see over the counter to see if they are getti f tour order correct. The 3 chick's that work behind the counter do give two sh!ts about there work. They get slammed when 3 people are in line. They can't support a catering order and walk in customers. What happened to this Quiznos? It used to be such a great place but now it's just a paycheck for someone now.

They’re supposed to open at 11 they had a sign saying 1130 then the girl comes outside after we’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and says “oh we have a big catering order and we can’t take any more customers we’re going to open at 12pm”. This is a clear example of poor management and poor time handling. Usually when you have a catering order you either get it early or you get it the day before and you should prepare to have multiple staff members there. That way your walk-in customers don’t have to wait long and you don’t have to close your doors which is ridiculous.

They are super inefficient. They don’t know how to handle multiple orders. They had a big catering order and they decided to put a paper on the door saying they will open at 11:30. We waited since it was just 20 more and then after 1130 came, they decided that they wanted to take until 12 and at this point it was five customers waiting outside for 35 minutes. No wonder the franchise is going under.
