RA Sushi Bar Restaurant

I want to start with we never even ordered.

The service upon arrival was lackluster and we wanted to dine in. We were directed to the bar area even thought we weren't really wanting to. We got there and sat 15 mins without so much as a hello. We saw other tables looking around for their server to come back. The blonde hair pulled up hair and black glasses walked by us several times and ignored our presence. Sorry RA you're not that special

So, manager makes the decision to not honor a coupon after receipt given. Is it not the manager that can void a receipt and give a new one? This manager decision was to not do that on a receipt that is over 200 bucks to a regular customer. Well now they lost this regular customer along with our group of ladies that go to happy hour after dance every week. It really is a shame because I won't go back! Bye!

Daniel and his crew at RA/Ahwatukee are exceptionally gifted when it comes to customer service. Tonight they were working short staffed and all I observed were professionals handling their customers with all of the great service they are known for. I’ve been coming here for about 20 years - they never disappoint.

I’ve never had worse service five years ago it was so good now they don’t even acknowledge you if you are sitting at the bar for 5 mins t

Ordered hibachi and they didn’t have ginger or mustard sauce. I ordered my filet medium rare and it came out well done and it wasn’t filet. The sushi rolls are mostly rice and disgusting. I’ll never eat at RA again.

I come here a few times a year, and today is my sister's birthday so I wanted to treat her to lunch ... The hostess was not pleasant at all... Her expressions showed distain and wasn't kind at all, I was surprised cause we usually have a great experience here. Maybe she was having a bad day but I wish we felt comfortable enough to stay, we ended up leaving and I hope that she provides better customer service next time.

I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s service and food has declined so much I got an order to go for the first time and for that price and presentation it was not worth it 8 pieces of sushi for 21 sloppy with no sauces given. I’ve had better sushi at other places for a way cheaper price I would not recommend to get your orders to go honestly!

The food is always delicious, but the service/servers are always super bad/horrible. They’re always understaffed which is not their fault but it makes the experience horrible we arrived at 5:26 didn’t get greeted until 5:41 he just was hurrying to take our order and our water/fountain drinks arrived also like 14min later when food arrived some was missing. we needed things like sides of sauce or even soy sauce they were no where to be found to ask . I love this place but this always happens when I come

We've always enjoyed RA Sushi, but the Thanksgiving meal was absolutely phenomenal! Our server was exceptional, super attentive and sweet. One of the best Thanksgiving meals ever.
