We went there for my husbands birthday before seeing a moving with a group of friends on a Friday night. Drinks started out fine, ordering was fine. Server even repeated our orders back to us... but then we didn't see anyone for about 10-15 minutes. Hot food started rolling out before cold. Had to ask to soy sauce, ginger, wasabi twice. Missed a couple of rolls that we ordered but never got. Understandably one of the rolls that wasn't on the menu (simple rolls), but didn't tell us they didn't have it until we were almost finished with our meal. Charged us for things they said they were going to take off the bill. But we had to get to our movie so we said forget about it and just paid to get the heck out of there. You could tell the manager was visibly sorry and acknowledged the mistakes. But never really saw our server again until it was time for payment, never got a sorry. We're pretty understanding people but that was a mess. I grew up going to this RA and unfortunately don't think we'll be back :(

Elisabeth is an awesome server! She's personable, fun, and efficient. The food was wonderful, as well. Thank you!

It's crazy how it used to be packed to the ceiling with people. Now, not so much. But it's still good.

We enjoyed our meal at RA. It was a good sushi restaurant and nice date night. It's a chain so it is tried and true

It was Valentine's Day and even though we had a reservation it took an hour and 45 mins for us to be seated because they overbooked reservations the entire night. They weren't accepting walk-ins which was good but we checked in at 8:30 and our reservation was at 8:45 and people who checked in after us with reservations later than ours was seated way before us. The food was decent but the bar was running out of everything so every drink i ordered the server would have to run back to our table to let us know they didn't have it. The server was sweet and did the best with her terrible situation but the whole night was a total mess. My husband and I got to RA at 8:30 and left at 11:20pm. We had absolutely no time to do anything else or just relax and enjoy ourselves after. We got home and I was completely exhausted from the night.

Over Booked for Valentine's Day on Open Table don't understand how other places showed no more reservations. Waitress was hacked by my daughter for a fork which she never brought, then had to ask another Waitress that was handling another table. She never came by or came by to bring my soft drink until after I completed my meal and Charged $16 dollars for a non-alcoholic Pina-Colada same as a real one. Asked about it? Told they didn't have a separate button for that.No reason for lack of service with their prices, Lol

Considering the tech issues the poor staff had and being behind on reservations the timing worked out perfect for me to change our baby and the communications kept me in the loop to not stress and we had a nice private booth for our family and it was accommodating and appreciated being able to enjoy the holiday with the loves of my life. Thank you for taking the notes into consideration for the sensory seeking kids and a newborn.

Thanks to Open Table, the restaurant was completely overbooked for reservations. It was more than an hour wait, just to get a table outside. I did not even end up eating there. Neither did dozens of other people who booked a reservation, in advance, for the same time.

I never got to eat dinner.Had a reservation on Valentines Day for 7:00pm I was told it would be an hour or more for a high top I reserved. Was offered the patio as a second choice so I took it. We sat ourselves like we were told and nobody served us for over 10 minutes so we left, as we had other plans to go to

Terrible management. My date and I went for Valentine's Day dinner last night and it was the most memorable dinner we've had, not in a good way. I made reservations a week before the dinner date and when we walked in there was a line across the WHOLE restaurant. We waited 15 min in line just to check in and they told us there's an hour wait for a table. I about lost my mind. They said they overbooked the reservations, not my problem. We went to the bar and managed to get a spot. We were the lucky ones to get a spot. We waited 15 min to get our drink order and we ordered our food at the same time. We waited another 15 min for our drinks and 30-40 for our food. As we waited for our food we watched the line to check in get longer.. out the door and past the outside seating area. The front doors, double doors, were open the entire time because people held them open. Wind and cold air was gusting in and at one point they propped the doors to stay open. There was no manager walking around apologizing for THEIR mistake and they did nothing for damage control. I saw what I thought was a manager walking around for 30 seconds and would disappear for 20-30 minutes. He just let these poor girls take the brunt of everyone's frustration... I only saw him only once or twice. This was a ridiculous situation and handled extremely poorly. I'm Disappointed in the service/management but still pleased in the chefs! Replace the management... now.

Seemed understaffed at the time. App between OpenTable seem to have a disconnect of communication with the location. The line was out the door no way to tell who had reservations and who was walk-in. I had a reservation and waited 30 minutes to be seated. Some folks were being told 1 hour wait with a reservation. Everything else was fine. The food was excellent.

Long wait for cold appetizer that should have been hot. Filet and Shrimp hibatchi was barely warm. Drinks took 20 minutes for each order. Server was nice, it was very busy due to Valentine's day but no excuse, ordering one of the mot expensive menu items and it was cold was disappointing and not worth the wait it would have taken to replace the order.
