Even though the restaurant was practically empty the service was very slow; especially when we were waiting for the check to be returned for signature. The food was good but sushi is always very expensive.

I rated all 1s however we didn't actually eat. We left after 15 minutes being seated and NOT being approached by one server. Never had a hello or served even water. Went up to the hostess desk to ask about our server, waited another few minutes and still never approached. 2 other tables were seated after us and they had drinks prior to us walking out. Mind you they weren't even that busy. We went to Pita Jungle and had great service and great food.

Still served me after the kitchen closed. Thank you to the chefs and the manager Daniel.

The whole experience was underwhelming. Service was very slow and food came out at different times. Some of our party waited about 10 minutes after others had their food. The restaurant had a funny smell and the one of the plates on our table was very dirty. We paid over $160 for four people for poor service and mediocre food. Definitely will not be back.

We went there for my husbands birthday before seeing a moving with a group of friends on a Friday night. Drinks started out fine, ordering was fine. Server even repeated our orders back to us... but then we didn't see anyone for about 10-15 minutes. Hot food started rolling out before cold. Had to ask to soy sauce, ginger, wasabi twice. Missed a couple of rolls that we ordered but never got. Understandably one of the rolls that wasn't on the menu (simple rolls), but didn't tell us they didn't have it until we were almost finished with our meal. Charged us for things they said they were going to take off the bill. But we had to get to our movie so we said forget about it and just paid to get the heck out of there. You could tell the manager was visibly sorry and acknowledged the mistakes. But never really saw our server again until it was time for payment, never got a sorry. We're pretty understanding people but that was a mess. I grew up going to this RA and unfortunately don't think we'll be back :(

Elisabeth is an awesome server! She's personable, fun, and efficient. The food was wonderful, as well. Thank you!

It's crazy how it used to be packed to the ceiling with people. Now, not so much. But it's still good.

We enjoyed our meal at RA. It was a good sushi restaurant and nice date night. It's a chain so it is tried and true

It was Valentine's Day and even though we had a reservation it took an hour and 45 mins for us to be seated because they overbooked reservations the entire night. They weren't accepting walk-ins which was good but we checked in at 8:30 and our reservation was at 8:45 and people who checked in after us with reservations later than ours was seated way before us. The food was decent but the bar was running out of everything so every drink i ordered the server would have to run back to our table to let us know they didn't have it. The server was sweet and did the best with her terrible situation but the whole night was a total mess. My husband and I got to RA at 8:30 and left at 11:20pm. We had absolutely no time to do anything else or just relax and enjoy ourselves after. We got home and I was completely exhausted from the night.

Over Booked for Valentine's Day on Open Table don't understand how other places showed no more reservations. Waitress was hacked by my daughter for a fork which she never brought, then had to ask another Waitress that was handling another table. She never came by or came by to bring my soft drink until after I completed my meal and Charged $16 dollars for a non-alcoholic Pina-Colada same as a real one. Asked about it? Told they didn't have a separate button for that.No reason for lack of service with their prices, Lol
