The apple fritter has no apples, is dense, and isn't sweet. In addition there were half full boxes of donuts on the counter (maybe purchased online?) that were open to be coughed or sneezed on. When it was my turn the woman didn't even acknowledge me and walked away to get a drink for herself. If she's that thirsty, just smile and ask me to wait a moment. Bad customer service.The Boston cream donut with coconut was good

I ordered 24 Cookie Monster donuts for my Sesame Street themed baby shower and boy were they a hit.They were soft, delicious, fluffy and just absolutely adorable.Their donuts always taste like they were fried in fresh oil. I would highly recommend.

The Maple Bacon doughnut is just... an amazing blend of sweet and savory. Even after a night in the fridge at home the dough was still so light and fluffy, I couldn't believe it! Now for the bacon, it brings a smokey saltiness and bacon goodness that goes so good the the maple, it's true; bacon makes everything better.The only problem with HiHi, is that it isn't closer to my house...

I have been coming here 5 plus years never had an issue With the staff they have always been very nice. But today The staff was talking and messing around way too much with each other and also other customers that come here to hang out at the counter. I asked her if I can cancel my order. Because I needed to go back to work. I had no more time left to wait for my order. ( I had already been waiting fifteen minutes for ONE burrito)The young lady got an attitude with me.And made snide remarks. I will not be coming here any longer. And I will no longer be recommending hi hi donuts 11/29/23 10:00 am

My husband and I just made the mistake of going to the Kristy Kreme on Bell instead of coming here. We're never going anywhere else for doughnuts (or breakfast burritos) again. HiHi is a local treasure.
