November 6 at 10:30am and the lady behind the counter disappears with customers in the store? Messy tables and sold out of anything worth getting. Skip this place.

They shouldn't be allowed to use the name Rainbow Donuts. The Real Rainbow Donuts is wonderful. This place is absolutely horrible. The donuts taste nasty. Old, hard, leaves residue in your mouth. Don't go here. Find "The Original Rainbow Donuts"

Closed.
The signs all say, "Open 7 days per week," but randomly, you find them closed with a paper sign stating as such.l, so paper signs they write sypercede the thousands they spent in signage.
If you can not update your hours online, then you fail at business.
Please close your doors and let a business in who has an interest in soing what their literal hsuoness model is, selling donuts.
This place only advertises donuts.

LOVE THIS PLACE! My favorite business in the neighborhood. The owner is such a joy and couldn’t be more kind. The donuts are fresh & I’ve fallen in LOVE with the breakfast burritos. The Thai tea is my favorite on a summer day. Support her & keep her in the neighborhood for many years to come.

On the front door big and bright it says "open 7 days a week 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m".. This is the sixth time out of 10 times I have come after 5:00 a.m. to get donuts and they're closed.
Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. They are quite expensive. The donuts are good. The people are very nice but if you cannot open your doors on time this often, change your hours.

There was one old lady hidden in the back with all the lights off. Really creepy experience.

Used to be our favorite donut shop in the area. No idea what happened, new management or something but they are horrible now. Easily the worst donut I’ve had unfortunately.
Freshly made donuts ?

Something has changed. Maybe new ownership? The past couple times I’ve gone in around 7am and they’d have an entire left half of donuts empty. It never use to be like that. I got a chocolate glazed donut and i KNEW it looked different than it use to. It was gross! After YEARS of going here, I won’t be back☹️
