Nothing special, just consistent food from any location.

Pleasant surprise from a fast food restaurant. Chicken fingers are meaty with light breading. Good place when you need a quick fix!

I'm not a fan. I really don't see the big deal about this place. All the food is Bland in favor and mediocre at best. The customer service was prompt and proper. The surrounding area of the restaurant was just another restaurant. There's nothing special about this place, and I really don't see why Fox and flocks of people go there. I know of a lot of better places that have a lot better food and a lot better chicken strips. Do the chicken strips have no flavor. the fries are okay. You get toast (flavorless) on the side and coleslaw. I don't like coleslaw. There aren't very many substitutes that customize your order for and replace things that you're not a fan of. The positive takeaway is that the service is nice, the staff are friendly, and my drink was cold.

A bit slow, but great service from the woman up front. She even brought me my food instead of making me walk up to the counter

My only complaint is sometimes the chicken tenders can be small. Other than that, Canes is good.

In all the years we’ve been spending winters in Arizona, this is the first time I’ve actually tried raising Cane.
Chicken fingers were very tasty and cooked perfectly

Cane’s Employee Tried to Steal My Card: A Cautionary Message for other Customers
Yesterday, I had a frustrating and troubling experience at Raising Cane’s. I went through the drive-thru to order food, planning to pay with a $30 Mastercard gift card. My total came to $32 and some cents. I handed the employee my gift card and asked her to charge the remaining $2 to my credit card since I didn’t have any cash.
The employee agreed, closed the window, and left me waiting far longer than usual. The delay made me uncomfortable, but she eventually returned with my credit card and receipt. Assuming the transaction was handled properly, I left. However, when I got home and checked my banking app, I discovered she had charged the *entire amount* to my credit card and seemingly kept the gift card for herself.
I returned to the store to retrieve my gift card and confront the employee. She didn’t provide any explanation, and I noticed the staff whispering among themselves. I asked to speak to the manager, but the “manager” appeared more interested in defending the employee than addressing my concerns. She claimed the employee might have misunderstood and thought I wanted to discard the gift card or that it was an honest mistake.
I’m unsure if the person I spoke to was the manager based on her evasive responses. I pointed out that their cameras could verify what happened, but they seemed intent on covering for the employee instead of investigating.
I’m sharing this to alert other customers to always check their card balances after a transaction. Be cautious when an employee takes your payment and closes the window for an extended time; you cannot know what’s happening. If any unauthorized charges appear on my credit card, I’ll hold both this employee and Cane’s accountable.
This incident has left me feeling like the “manager” may even have been complicit, as her focus was on excuses rather than resolution. Let this be a reminder to everyone to stay vigilant and protect your payment methods.
For Customers : Please share this with social media so more people are aware and can avoid being scammed.

I never eat at Raising Cane's but went with my coworkers. I had already had my lunch so I just ordered a large iced tea. They must have recognized our employer because they let me have just the tea for free. That was cool.
