I have been coming to this location for years always love the service and food. Tonight though I wanted to acknowledge the outstanding service I was given by their closing manager. My order had some mishaps happen while it was being made and the fryer was not functioning properly, I had to wait for a very long time but the manager went out of his way to give me box combo coupons for free food and upgraded my meals to Caniac combos. It changed the experience from negative to positive and retained me as a loyal customer.

Always very good. Can’t go wrong coming here
It's a chain fast food restaurant. Food quality seems OK. Cane's seems to have also let shrinkflation consume their business. Portions feel smaller than before COVID. I always have 1 tender smaller than the others now days.

Ordered 2 meals to go waiting. Something happened with our order and got lost in the busyness they were experiencing. Took 15 min to finally get notice by management and cashier who took order. Had asked for extra sauce per both meals and didn't receive it. I have been in the industry for 20 years, noticed male manager giving coupons and hook ups to the pretty girls who were waiting for food as well ( creep). They also have 12 people working and can't handle the business they were experiencing. It is a fast food joint and hard to get great employees.

Family time, the food was so good and this location was fast and friendly. We loved looking at the decor of the place, which is always something that makes dining more enjoyable. Thanks again Rising Canes.

I rarely come to this location because no matter how you order your food the fries come barely cooked and greasy and Soggy and the chicken is always soggy with the breading coming off. I always order it extra crispy and it never seems to matter it just gets worse and worse each time I come to this particular location. Aside from that I do love Raising Cane's but save yourself the trip and go to any other location

Normally, I don't care too much for Raising Cane's. I've always felt like it was over-priced for mediocre food, but this one seemed different for some reason. The chicken fingers were delicious! I don't know if it was as simple as fresh grease in the fryer, or what. And the Texas toast was perfect.
