Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The drive thru always seems slower than going inside to pick up the order to go but the staff is always on point and pay a lot of attention to the costumers

Friendly and quick service, and the drive-thru is smoothly ran!

Christabel was the woman who took my order, I was frustrated when I had to repeat myself 5 times for my order. I didn’t yell at her but I’m sure she could tell I was annoyed. When I got home and got my food out of the bag it was out in there upside down so all my food ended up falling all over the place.

Canes is one of the few places where I actually want to eat chicken, The sauce and the texas toast bread is AWESOME never In my entire life have I ever liked chicken this much. The register was also pretty nice and pretty kind to me!! Definetly recommend this place no matter what!

The owner responded, asking for only the location. A short time following, they removed their comment, which removed my ability to provide an address for such a terrible establishment all around. Poor service, management, and business owners not willing to give a little extra effort just lowered your rating even further. It took 18 minutes to get food in the drive-through with 3 cars already ordered and ready to pay. It wasn't a lunch rush either. Apparently, if you wait 18 minutes, you get 18 fries.

Asked for toast instead of cole slaw, not get it, wrong drink and asked for extra ketchup, I only got one.

Went to get dinner and got home to find this took it straight back but all the manger could say is “it happens” working in fast food for 11 years I’ve had to wear hair nets every restaurant should and need that ordered for workers this is not okay, if even tho I got my refund I will never eat there again very disappointing

I had a free combo ticket but still ended up paying over $30, why? I had two caniac combos. That means they acknowledged my coupon and still charged me twice. I will NEVER buy again.
