Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Amazing food was fresh and really hot the tenders were amazingly good and the toasted bread amazingly good the fries were hot and salted just right will definitely be back to this location especially since I just moved out here to Arizona from Florida and wanted to try something new

Alright... if y'all see me here, kick me out, I come here to much and i can't seem to have enough, canes is addicting... also... they always get my orders wrong when I have more than 2 options on my order, its either, they give me one part good, and the other is missing or gave me an additional of something I did not ask for, over all, amazing place, I luv canes...

The food is good but the service is awful. Whoever was working the drive-thru Monday night September 8th needs some customer service skills. And after we received our food because we didn't want to complain beforehand because Lord knows what they do back there when a customer complains the drive-thru attendant was also rude when we asked the names of the two girls with the headsets on she said she didn't have to tell us that and why we wanted to know . When we ask we weren't rude about it so her response to us didn't have to be rude but whatever the bad review is as a whole not just one employee.
*** I thought about the bad customer service and then I realized the area I was in, I still don't think that area you're in has to reflect the bad attitudes of the employees that just like gives a bad name to the west side *** for the money I'm spending at Cane's I don't think myself or anyone deserves rude customer service

The cashier had a very bad attitude and didn't want accept our coupons she kept rolling her eyes at me and my mom we didn't even buy anything so we went to a different raising Cane's.

This location is not good on customer service when I order my food the lady that calls out the names for the people to get there food she was calling the names to fast I thought I heard my name and I got up and took my order and then the black lady goes that’s not your order I told her you call my name she told me no I didn’t I told yes you did she look at me ai attitude and then I waited for my food again She called name again and got again and took my order the same same lady told me it wasn’t me it was for different same name that I have I got so bothered bad service I would no go there again bad customer service and they give a small order of fries and my food wasn’t good.

Stopped here after a concert on a Friday night not much was open so we decided to give this place a shot we walked in and the place was a mess we started to order cashier was rude kept asking if we were done ordering I was given my food to go and politely asked for a tray I wanted to dine in the manger came and said they closing even though google said lobby was open for two more hours he said it so rude with a smirk on a his face btw the place was packed we dined in and food was gross chicken wasn't even hot fries were gross and the workers went around asking everyone in a rude way of anybody was going to order anything else or if we almost finished eating they use their armed security guard as a intimidation tool to block the door and rush people to leave never going back

It was ok, but the so-called 32oz. drink was poured into a cup that didn't hold 32oz. Just saying that people are not receiving all of what they're paying for here. The food was good though. The tables could be cleaned more frequently too.

I recently visited the Raising Cane’s on 51st and McDowell. The employee who greeted us was very polite and welcoming, but the food was very disappointing. The chicken tasted extremely greasy, and the fries had a strong frozen taste, like they had been sitting in the freezer too long, and that flavor lingered while eating. The bread was also overly salty. After eating, I even started to experience stomach pain, which was very concerning. Overall, the quality of the food was not good, and I do not plan on returning to this location.

The service at this location is horrible! They can never get your order right! The staff they have working here are rude teenage girls who have no work ethic.
