My tip on best way to Enjoy Canes is order Extra Crispy But ~ to Keep Extra Crispy *Pop The Top * of container so the moisture from heat won't ruin the Crispiness & Enjoy!! Yummy? Also - Order a extra Canes Sauce because it's also awesome for dipping your French Fries in too!
The food deserves 5 stars I gave it 4 stars only because the chicken fingers have gotten smaller, it's still the best tasting Chicken around. The price keeps going up and the portions keep getting smaller and I don't think that's fair for the consumer.

I love Raising Canes! This was our first visit to this location, as we were in town for Spring Training. After our ballgame got rained out, and not familiar with the area, we saw Canes and made a beeline to the drive thru. The line was long, but our order was served friendly, fast, and piping hot. In fact it stayed so hot, it was perfect even when we drove 15 minutes further to our hotel. My only tiny complaint is that they forgot to put ketchup in our bag. No biggie though, as their fries are yummy enough without it...lol!

I'm a native Western New Yorker (the Buffalo /Rochester area)visiting my sister in law and my brother in law plus his fiancée who moved out here 2 years ago one of the first things they recommended to eat was this place,I heard a lot about this restaurant so I was recommended chicken tenders and French fries but I took the sandwich combo instead let me tell ya something the sandwich was BANGIN,the raising cane sauce with it made it very good and my fries was nicely salted,fresh, and crispy as well for it being my first time with my wife and son I'll give it 4 1/2 STARS actually !!

Visited this location for the first time was very surprised at how clean it was and also the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We first walked in to greetings from cashier, while eating they also came to check if we need extra sauces or anything else( was not expecting that from a fast food place)
