They have this stupid AI system & I ordered food when I got to the front to pay I was told a different amount. I mentioned it to the guy & he said I ordered something else that the AI system asked me for. I said can I correct the order & he said No you have to go back around & reorder. So I had to go & reorder my food which was a huge waste of time when he could have just fixed the order. Never again will I ever order from that AI machine will ask for a Real person if not then I won't come here anymore.

I really enjoyed my visit to this rallies on Camelback and 13th Ave. service was great. Food was even better. All I can say is give your employees that extra bump with of money because they deserve it. They they are in their hustling and they don’t complain with the smile on their face

I ordered only 3 things one night, about 7:30 and the order took 15- 20 minutes. Employees looked tired. They weren't even that busy that night, having two drive through sides and a walk up counter. The loaded fries I got was disgusting and tasted like the fries were old kinda the taste when you smell an old freezer that's been turned off with mold growing inside of it.

Horrible horrible horrible. The original young man to help up at the window was really nice but the experience in a whole was horrible. We were misdirected by an employee and then harassed by a different customer to which the employees laughed about and then proceeded to talk poorly about us to the other customer. Only to get our order and it was not made correctly. I have not been to a rallys in over 6 years and now I'll never be back again. Please do better and teach customer service because that was a joke of a trip.

I don't really eat rallys only when there's nothing that sounds appetizing but I went there recently I ordered 3 sandwiches with the normal stuff like onions lettuce etc and some chicken wings also some chili fries decided to eat inside my car just to realize that the 3 burgers had nothing on it besides the patties and ketchup and it made me sad😔☹️
