I always tell people that Rally’s has the best burger in the fast food industry. However every time I’ve been to this specific location I have been let down pretty bad. I’ve been here 3 to 4 times in the last couple of months and I usually order either a Cheese Champ or Big Buford burger. I have never received one that was actually hot, they have always been slightly warmer than room temp And it seems that the hamburger patties are NEVER seasoned. I don’t think they ever warm their buns, and aside from the patties being completely plain, lacking any salt or pepper, they too are colder than they are hot. The first time this happened I credited it to the store being busy, but the last few times I’ve been there I was the only customer in line, both in the drive thru and at the front.
I will be driving out of my way to visit other locations from now on.

Horrible the little girl didn’t get our order correct we had to go three times to get all of our items that we had ordered and she got mad because my boyfriend did not call her baby girl

We were in drive trew and Fred the owner decided too interrupt the conversation when we were ordering w another worker ..we were trying to decide what we were getting and he just started barking at us and raising his voice ... Like you shouldn't be working customer service if you don't knw how to talk w ppl .. when asked for bbq sauce they wanted 39cents ... Like give me a break .. someone was having a bad day and was taking it out on the wrong ppl ... Food is good but not too be talked too like that ... I'll be going else were from now on ...

They were very patient with me while I figured my order out. Super kind understanding crew, I added more at the window. Food was superb as always, food was as fast as fresh chicken can be. Which was delicious, thoroughly enjoyed the fry seasoning on the chicken. 10 out of 10.
