Tried to get a triple bacon zilla with season fries ..They where out of the season fries and only gave me two patties on the burger when I asked and was charged for 3..I work hard for my money..Won't be spending it there again

My family and I stopped by Rally’s and was genuinely impressed. The food came out hot, fresh, and fast. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned—honestly, some of the best around. I got the Big Buford and it was loaded with flavor and stacked just right.
The prices are super affordable, especially for the portion sizes. Staff was friendly, and the service was quicker than I expected.

Ordered in the app for a 5:30 pickup arrived at exactly 5:30 was told order was not ready. The building has no shade for you to wait in with 110° outside. At 5:41. I knocked on their window and asked what is going on. This is ridiculous. She looked around. Found the bag sitting on a shelf and handed it to me. My guess is the food was ready at 5:30. When I got home to eat it it was cold. I will never eat at Rally's again

The beef just seems like some military grade beef lol. Like dog food. They forgot my two cinnamon apple pies. I drove far to try this place too. Very disappointed, waste of money, beef tastes like dog food, paid for two things I didn't get....

Ordered a half pound and got 5 peices of chicken. They forgot my sauce and it took them 12 minutes. They used to be good.
Great customer service and my order is always right ! Definitely recommend this location above the others as the others don’t have good customer service or my order is wrong, even the second time around and on top I get blamed for it when I’m the customer not kitchen crew but anyways if you want a nice warm grub ready for pick up when stated head to this Rally’s location where they will make it right the first time and have great customer service. I don’t know who makes my combo meals everyday towards 10pm at night. But I hope both sides of your pillows are cold and your blankets are nice and warm. I also hope you win the lottery the first try too. My food is always delivered warm and hot and fresh, they never forget my sauces, and my drink is filled to the brim.. I love ordering there unbeatable meal that is like $4 bucks on uber eats. You make me very happy and full as I do get off of work around that time and crave a good meal and some fast food places are very stingy and give you hard old food. Not this place.. def a 10000/10

We ordered the both the chicken and double burger deal. The order was correct and the food was hot. I was pleased with the size of the burger it wasn't small. The chicken sandwich was as expected. The funnel frys and apple pies really reminded me of the fair. We were not disappointed in any part except the frys were a lil greasey.
