Left a review about my experience and, as suggested by Rallys feedback, I reached out to Rally’s through their feedback system. Spoiler alert: it went nowhere. I shared my concerns, fully expecting some kind of response, but—surprise, surprise—crickets.
I’ve also noticed that every negative review basically gets the same copy-paste response, but if the feedback system leads to a dead end, what’s the point? Clearly, improving their business isn't a priority.

Rapturous, Radiant, Remarkable, Rare, and Reasonable are a handful of words I use to describe Rally's on Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ! In the middle of this gouging decade, it's refreshing to experience a burger joint staffed with smiling faces dedicated to ensuring customer retention. I accidentally ordered the wrong burger online tonight and without hesitation, Jessy and Victoria Rall'd together to rectify the situation and salvage the sale and keep me happy. The friendly and professional staff & great tasting, correct and timely prepared food here are 💯 on point and hold value for anyone that approaches the content. This menu is outstanding and it delivers the best burgers! Want to try many other items but the burgers are just too good I always order them. Excellent fries, onion rings and apple pie!
Kid-friendliness: Fun outdoor tables as there is no dining room. Feels like a drive in atmosphere almost.
