Needs improvement in quality of meat . Only saying this because when they first opened up they used better quality meats now it’s quite nasty similar to jacks and McDonald’s nasty meat quality

Very disappointed with this location. Went to go get lunch for my family and was very excited since we don’t live near any Rally’s. They forgot to give me 3 hamburgers. Hope we can get Reimbursed or free food since we paid for it and didn’t receive it.

Just went through this whole deal to convince my fiancée to try Rally's for the first time because their new promos are popping up online. Was excited cuz the menu looked nice, a collab with Glo Rilla, cool. But we get the food, they missed, but charged me...for Onion fries and two apple pies. We get home 10 minutes away and her food is old and cold, which makes me not even want to look at what we just paid money to eat. I know it's just fast food, but damn there has to be standards somewhere. Highly disappointed, can understand why I've never been before.

I feel that if this location cannot complete an online order and only service those doing pick up then they should remove the option to online order. They have drivers waiting to pick up food for their customer. It’s irresponsible. The online order already paid therefore at least service both and not make one wait.

Drive Thru time was 15-20 minutes. I had to park & go to the walk -up service window 2xs during my visit. 1st had to pay for drive thru order. 2nd forgotten food. By the time i got home the stuff was mediocre at best.
