I was looking at the reviews for this place and I will have to put something out there the people who did the rating on the ice cream I will tell you that is a false rating that you gave you have an option to order your ice cream cone in a cup or just in a cone and for those of you who decided to post a review in regards to the ice cream giving a false review showing McDonald's ice cream in a cone and Rally's ice cream in a cup which you have to ask for is false so if you want a real review here it is the ice cream is better quality than McDonald's the burgers fries are better than McDonald's and their price by far is better than McDonald's I actually have quit going to McDonald's because a simple meal with an ice cream cone cost me anywhere between 14 to $18 at McDonald's I come here to check her and rallies cuz I only spent $11 on the same amount of food

We had an excellent experience with Persia Simpson at 19th Ave and Northern location. She was professional and courteous and she made sure to mention that their shake machine was working and turned on!!! You rock Persia!!! Give that girl a raise!!!

Drive thru, confused a bbq bacon mother clucker with the orginal and i didnt catch it till i was home and didnt have a ride back to fix it.. but otherwise it was pretty good

The smaller one is Rally's ice cream cone for more after tax like a $1.62 The food here is always wrong when you order it almost. The prices have gone up and it's ridiculous sizes have gone down customer service is a joke. I don't care it's just ice cream this is absolute robbery and most locations fill up the cup all the way and then make the ice cream cone and put it on top like a decent person. I don't care if this is company policy. This is basically like paying more than $3 for an ice cream cone. Go to McDonald's.

First time at a Rallys and customer service was horrible! Ashley was cashier that first helped and we told her that we needed a minute since it was our first time. The manager then stepped in letting us know we had been reviewing the menu for 2 minutes and was time to make a decision. Very rude and demanding. First time and last coming to this Rallys.

My fries sucked. I called in to let them know that and they pretty much just dismissed my complaint not that I wanted anything. I told him that but at least hear my complaint out all they say was oh well. No one else complained and blah blah blah. They’re selling old dry fries.
