Rally's is pretty good. Their fries are very decent. The people are nice when I go there. I'm glad they're not closer, haha!

Went there league at night. Food was fresh and hot so much so the fries scorched my mouth. The burger was assembled with care not smashed or disorderly. Drinks cold and icy with plenty of the syrup. Flat soda or missing the syrup is the worst. Service was also quick and friendly. This location definitely was better than some of my other Rally's outings. 👍👍👍👍👍

The young African American girl at the window was beyond rude! I could not get her name because she grabbed my money so fast. Thwn closed the window, then practically threw my bag at me and closed the window. I will never, ever be back to that location.

Went here for the first time. Was in a rush so ordered online to pickup. When I arrived I was very rudely greeted by an older man. When I let him know I had an order he said very rudely it will be a minute and slammed the door. Before I even had a chance to tell him it says my order is ready too. Had to wait about 10 min for it to be ready. The food isn't bad but they really need to work on customer service.

Never have I ever heard a fast food restaurant tell me they are closing a whole hour early because the customer ahead of me bought all the food... how is a fast food restaurant like Rally out of food. If you just didn't want to work hard say that...

Went to a location that had indoor dining but doors were locked so not really. Then the next location only had 2 tables outside which were full so we ate in the car....
Great food but check your bag because they frequently leave something off my order. Can’t ever reach anyone by phone and when I spoke to a manager about it he just gave me a blank stare. I suggest another location all together I would give zero stars if I could
